There staff are so stupid. I m going today 4 September 2021 and my token 11 and time 10.35 am but there receptionist Mrs tabbasum asked me for me and I tell her sure. I had waited 12.00 but there are no responsed by advisors but token number 13 and also 20 had already attended by advisors. when I asked again and again they said that he is busy now. I complained there senior but no response. How irresponsible no time value and no loyalty with there coustermers.Yesterday After registered my complaint standard Honda service staff miss Kusum has called me and assured that sir sorry for the unconvinced and pls forgive us for the rudely behavior and we are apologize that. Please we will appointment for tomorrow. I said that well no problem maim you can pick and drop my car. The driver mr Sundar lal picked my car morning 9.30 AM and after 2 hours confirmation for the estimate staff said that work will be started soon. And 1 PM Mr sushil(service advisor) is called and said I m attending your car and I cant service and deliver your car today. I have denied that and request to its urgent I will go my duty on Monday he said that I will inform you give me few minutes. His no reply after 1 hour I called him again and again but his no responsed last call attended and said I cant attend your car who attending your car he will call you. Then I have gone service center for what were they doing nonsense. I saw after 2 PM my was no work I was complained again then the cra maim said sorry sorry your car job card has opened but its late because today is Sunday and very rushed this day I will do ur car work first priority. After 6.30PM I have gone again service center finally after 7 PM paid ₹ 8744/- car handovered me. Thank you a lot standard Honda lucknow for its service and thier staffs sincerity specially mr susheel and mr pradeep (servic advisors) whose finally completed my car sooo fastest service. .. my experiences are sooooooooo bad . I and friend circle never advice in future to do this service center for services his cars. 👋

Gud behaviour nice staff

All of the staff is very polite and helpful. But their one thing about service has disappointed me twice, their cleaning staff.Recently i got 2nd service done of my car. Cleaning staff is incompetent.In first service i got new scratches on brand new car which were due to use of dirty cleaning cloth and unnecessary force by rubbing.In second service the car was left with swirl marks on windshield from inside again due to dirty oily cloth. The trim restore solution used for plastic part was smeared over other exterior parts ( pics attached).Honesty i clean my car better than them.

Very poor service. My car honda jazz was serviced at standard honda yesterday. Servicing is very poor, I had asked them to repair my left front indicator light but they had not repaired it at all but instead after service my right front headlight stopped working though it was working fine before Servicing , my wiper spray is not working after Servicing, my car got new scratches after I received the car after service, my car fog lamp has moisture in it after I received the car, asked them to install antenna as it was broken but havent done it and still I havent checked my whole car and I wonder what other fault they had made in my car. Very poor service by standard honda, and I dont think I will give my car to standard honda for Servicing ever again in future, totally disappointed .
