Horrible experience, it was booked for a friends engagement, they had turned OFF the AC..on repeated complains they didnt turn it ON. The staff seems to be reluctant in customer satisfaction. Please get it in written from them for air conditioning operations

AVOID. SMELLY. Dont get fooled by the prime location. The banquets have a stage that wont fit all the people of the family for a photograph. The food is bland. Service non-existant. The staff look like daily wage labourers not trained waiters.The rooms upstairs are smelly, poorly ventilated. Smelly like nausea inducing rotten garbage smelly. Uninhabitable. Living there overnight can be a health hazard

A good building having nice infrastructure, but poor services and unqualified staff..we stayed here for two nights. We have booked 3 big rooms for a total of 19 double beds here. Very unhygenic rooms and toilet, no water in wash basin taps, no water in washers on Toilet, No AC working even after multiple complaints to the manager, rude staff without any hospitality. Dust everywhere.

Good location for small gatherings, located nearby major landmarks so easy to find and also accessible via metro network. I wouldnt recommend large gatherings above 1000 people to be held here. I want to give -5 but there is no option here. We had called more than 15 times to get a water but we didnt get for a days. If we call to reception and ask for it he will disconnect the call . Worst ever service I had seen in the hotel. No hot water for bath, no service at all. Breakfast is good thats all .Nothing else is proper. WORST SERVICE

I checked in the hotel and booked a luxury room. the interior is awesome, with finest quality of bed sheets and quilts, clean and comfortable. the staffs are very cooperative. Banquet hall is also wonderful.

Good place for small parties.

They have a fine dine restaurant, a gym and a 3 level song pool, all inside the residential area. They have a 20ft by 10ft LED screen, where IPL matches and other entertainment activities are frequently organised. Kids, women and working people get some relax after the whole day of work and studies. The security is tight and there are always 2-3 guards and pool guards for safety of kids and other people. They have these organic seats for people to just sit and relax beside the pool and enjoy talking or having some beverages from the restaurant. It is located inside the residential premises and hence it is safe for residents and visitors.
