Great location situated just few meters away from Main raebareli road and few meters from upcoming outer ring road ..... project has just begun so no buildings in sight except one ,huge township has been planned spanning up to 2700 acres out of which they have begun developing first phase of 525 acre with builder floor housing plans and plots have already been sold out already as per them .... residential section of the township in the first phase shall be fully developed and operational by 2022 for possession.....

Omaxe Metro City is the new project of Omaxe Group in the Lucknow. 2800 Acre township project near at PGI Raibareilly Road Lucknow. Recently they launched project of approx. 728 acr. out of 2800 acr containing to row houses in new concept i.e. three storage building with lift etc. price is aprox. 35 lakhs each floor. This will launch in coming Navratri days. They already sale plots in the project. This site will be very important location as outer Ring Road coming just front of their project. Little high costly project but if you have long time horizon, you may invest here. Site office of the Project already buildup before year and De-marking of the future project already done here. They created road and basic things on the site which will impress you to invest. This Group are very famous in the Lucknow as they delivered many project here on time. People have good trust on the Group.
