It is more formally known as Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Samajik Parivartan Prateek Sthal and is also referred to simply as Ambedkar Park. The park honors the lives and memories of Jyotirao Phule, Narayana Guru, Birsa Munda, Shahuji Maharaj, Bhimrao Ambedkar, Kanshi Ram and all those whove devoted their life for humanity, equality and social justice. The memorial was constructed by Mayawati, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, during her administration when she led the Bahujan Samaj Party.

Best place to visit in daytime of winters, not a good place in mid day of summers as the whole place is made of shiny stones and they reflect the heat of sun. So best place for winters trip. amazing atmosphere. low rush around it.

I rate only two stars bcoz Im not satisfied with the park just near the gate there is a heap which smells dirty creates diseases and so on...the park needs improvement, cleanness, more plants and a proper clean environment.

The park is a mess. It has grown too much wild grass on the inside. The locals throw garbage right outside the railings. This is not even fit for morning or evening walks as the atmosphere here is capable of giving you various diseases and not to mention the flies and insects.

Most irritating place ever no greenry also the stone work is overdone which make us unrelax n make us got out from the place as early as possible no historic event haooened here but just for the sake of curruption the b.s.p government took out this project ... I dont prefer any ine to go there or spend time there also i suggest the government to renovate the place also make some great swings or some water park in it so that it can help the government to get money from the tourism
