I like this bus station.Building is good and outside ans overall structure is fine. You can take or book bus for any route or state (please check its availability).I have visited many times. There is a metro station connected with bus stop. It is a very crowded and traffic area.I attached some pictures go and watch.

When it comes to Alambagh Bus Terminal it’s very huge and clean bus terminal. its very easy to find the buses to your desired place. You can get bus and metro from here. Bus service is good as it has too many bus services. private buses are comfortable but they took more time than the roadways buses.You can easily book your bus seat at ticket counter. There is a lot of tea shop and hotel near the bus terminal.

Alambagh Bus Stand Lucknow is very good wide building area with neet & cleared bus stand. There are multiple plateform to organized multiple buses services at a time for different routes. There are many windows for ticket booking at a time for different routes. Waiting room hall is in big area with proper sitting for travelers.

Alambagh bus stand is best bus stop of uttar-pradesh because every facilities are available here like as sitting waiting hall including AC and Non AC, dormitory available here at very low prices ( 200 Rs per 8 hour), lagguge facilities, groceries and bakery facilities, tea and coffee stall, well cleaned, western and Indian style toilet facilities, washroom and bathroom facilities and many more facilities. AC and NON AC Buses are available every half or an hour are major cities of Uttar Pradesh.

This bus stand is one of the best bus stations in Uttar Pradesh. It has great facilities and is equipped with modern technology. Food prepared in food court is tasty enough to give it a try 🤤. The place is clean and employees are always ready to help.

This bus stand has been recently opened for public. The public amenities are good. The rest rooms are clean waiting area is clean with decent sitting arrangement. There is AC waiting hall for passengers of AC buses and food court is also there. If the administration is able to maintain the facilities than it would be good bus stand for general public. A food court is also functional in the campus. A multiplex and shopping mall is also purposed to be constructed here. The bus stand is around 2 km from charbagh railway station and is well connected to almost all parts of the city.

This is probably the best Bus station in UP. Its very huge in size and its very beautiful, under lights it looks awesome. Its very clean and tidy,Very organised bus station. They wait for the passengers who booked the ticket this makes them late. The work is going on there and very soon canteens will be opened. Here washrooms are also very clean and tidy. And one thing to note is that HERE ONLY AC SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TILL NOW.I rated 5 stars mainly because of the amazing infrastructure.

When this station was built, it was announced as an acheivement but now it has turned into as shameful as it can be like many other projects in terms of cleanliness, air conditioning etc. Littraly AC does not works and one would feel like a cattle in a tabela. The management proudly turned off the ac and the fans leaving passengers in hours long misery.

Really amazing architect. Everything is so proper and well managed. Proper sign boards and clean Washrooms. It was my first visit and I felt good. But one thing confused me was the bus timing and location. I went charbagh bus station. They were like go to alambagh, there only your bus will stand then I came to alambagh. I have waited so long and when asked for the bus inquiry no one knows about that. All were saying we dont know. I mean if you guys dont know then who will gonna know. This thing ruins the beauty of the bus stand. Anyone can got frustrated from this.

*Fraud Alert Please count your money carefully because ticket counter man intensely gives 100 or 50 Rs less than actual . Like If ticket price is 1285 Rs and you give him three 500 Rs notes then he will ask for 5 Rs change and intensely gives you less than 50 or 100 Rs. Becauase 5 Rs change you will become little bit confuse in your calculations.They have tried this fraud action two times with me .*First time he smartly gives less than 100 Rs as I was getting late , I didnt count carefully but when I was on my seat Then counted my money and found 100 Rs missing then I again moved to ticket counter and asked for 100 Rs.As it was first time I thought it was my mistake that I should have counted carefully but*Second time he again gives 100 Rs less but this time I was aware of the fact.Book tickets online through UPRCTC Site its more convenient.An amalgamated air-conditioned mall with an AC food plaza, automated scanners at entry points, a VIP lounge, a bank, a post office and many more such facilities resembling posh township to enhance the travel experience of passengers when the state-of-the-art*Bus stand Infrastructure is great.*Waiting room is good.*Enquiry counter provide enough information about the Bus, Bus time,Bus number ,Bus stand number etc.*There is also shops inside for Snacks and Biscuits.*Parking is outside.Alambagh bus station is not only the state’s first PPP bus station but perhaps the country’s best one in terms of scale of passenger amenities.

A project that Lucknow has never seen is what they say. Built in collaboration with Shalimar, this is some serious upgrade to the old bus station at Charbagh. This bus station doesnt actually look like a normal bus station in Uttar Pradesh, its more than that.Therere food courts, bus platforms, voice announcement system, bus timing boards, cold water showers at stopping areas, bag checking trails, metal detector security gate, and literally more than that.Its beautiful, efficient and effective. The station is building even more as there are some constructions still going on. Itd be even more beautiful in some more time.

Very good infrastructure.. But staff is worst . The enquiry guy didnt know when the bus will arrive. One staff was chewing tambacoo . No staff talks politely and professionaly . The behave like they are chief or something.. .... otherwise the infrastructure and architecture is so good along with the waiting area, washrooms .... The government really need to appoint some educated staff over there.

A good place for passengers to wait for bus or stay sometime.Every bus conductor have to registered their bus before enter in depot.This is the best bus station of Lucknow.Metro station also located by its side.

The compound itself is pretty good and well-built intercity and interstate bus terminus, but pretty chaotic too. you are never sure in which platform your bus comes, nothing is systematic here. also the place is very much noisy because of all the bus conductors shouting to get passengers.

Beautiful structure of building... but lets see our government and public will able to maintain its beauty or will make it garbage store. But really need this type of bus station and railway stations in our city to compete with other metro cities, so please keep our Railway stations, Metro Stations and Bus Stations clean and safe and make our city proud.

I traveled by bus from Alambagh Bus Stop to Ayodhya by booking my seats online in AC Shatabdi Express from Azamgarh Depot through eBooking UPSRTC whose scheduled departure was at 9am.On reaching this Bus Station I found it to be well constructed. However I have following points to make for the concerned Office to take immediate steps:1. There is only one Toilet available to be used on payment. This was in a shabby and pitiable condition. It was so unhygienic & uncleaned2. No AC Shatabdi Express Bus was found parked at 08:45 am. I panicked & went to Enquiry. The lady on duty was surprised to see my e-ticket & thought aloud: Im seeing this for the 1st time or words to this effect.3. She showed it to her Colleague who went to another Counter, discussed with his colleague and asked me to go & sit in a Azamgarh bound bus which wasnt Shatabdi Express. Before entering the bus, I checked with the Conductor who said I could not travel in this bus. I asked him to go & check out with Enquiry. Anyway, I was allowed to travel.4. The condition of the bus was pathetic; AC didnt work, Seats were highly uncomfortable and the bus rattled while moving. It wasnt able to speed up above 60 kmph.5. All passengers were sweating and were complaining to the Conductor who did not pay any heed to umpteen requests of the passengers for doing something about the non,-functioning AC.6. The scheduled arrival at Ayodhya was 11:30 am but I reached at 12:45, sweating and having bodyache.7. FOOD COURT AT ALAMBAGH BUS STOP:There are so many shops. I asked for a cup of Tea in one of the Shops opposite to Park No. 40 where a young girl told me that I could not buy only Tea. Id have to buy some items with it otherwise I could buy only a cup of coffee. Ridiculous logic.UPSRTC PLEASE TAKE NOTE & INITIATE REMEDIAL MEASURES IMMEDIATELY.

Very comfortable and luxury kinda place. Small shops are there to serve you anytime with snacks. Electronic & mobile shop are here. Easy entrance and exit are therr to help physically handicapped people and more over AC and NON-AC bus services are there for different routes. But sometimes its irrigating to from where to buy tickets because on counter they say buy in bus, and sometimes you have to buy at counter. Enquiry is little messy here.
