After many years of wanting to come back to India for a festival, (after living in lucknow and missing the festival season), I finally made it for Navratri, and I wanted something really special for the Dandiya parties in Mumbai and the Dussera in Mysore. I found Jyoti on google, hoping I could work with an artist who would make something unique, celebrating Durgas triumph of good over evil. I wasnt sure if I was going to find someone who would be willing to do that, but Jyoti worked with me on my unusual request, creating something even more beautiful and intricate than I had in mind. Watching her and her assistants work meticulously for 5 hours to complete the design with thousands of strokes smaller than any Ive ever seen gave me a whole new appreciation for the artistry that goes into this amazing art form, and for the patience of Indian brides :). Despite the long time I sat still, they were very accommodating of my comfort, stopping a few times so I could walk around, and allowing my husband to watch and even giving him some lessons and a cone of his own to practice on a piece of paper, feeding us chai and poha, and making it feel like such a beautiful home experience. First of all Mr Sanjay I have paid Rs 1000 okay ...and dont say i dont want to pay money ..your person came and i said to him mehndi does not look good , please apply it good and By one statement he just got up and said i am sending another Man ..just by a single statment .. and he did not completed the mehndi and got up took his bag and went away .... This is how your people behave and moreover then i called you at 8 PM and you said okay m sending another person and then after 10 min when again i called you ...you said no one can come ... Mehndi was just one hand you does not even care who will put mehndi on second hand ... You denied to give servicesss ... And then previous man send another guy who came for mehndi ...so you are people does not care about customer and second behave rude and unprofessional ... disgusting ....
