Management is not professional.In front of me manager scolded one employee very badly. There should be mutual respect and professionalism while presenting yourself to customers or colleagues. Not writing manager name as i dont want to suffer him but employees should get proper training on their soft skills.Now comes to our purchase, i have booked sony speakers. Sales person showed me more speakers with it but after loan processing manager comes and he told we will get 2 speakers less than what that sales person showed. This was totally mismanagement from Reliance digital umrao management Lucknow. Finally we cancelled that order.Then again i went to store for another purchase but they were very very unprofessional. So i have not purchased anything this time and decided to write this review for better experience.
