Pathetic customer experience.They dont know how to respect their customers, I went there for purchasing a TV.Had previously bought 2-3 products before as well.On negotiating for the product by referring to my previous purchases, and as a normal customer asking for discount, these guys closed the billing book telling each other to stop the billing and telling the customer to go try elsewhere (because when one of their salesmen challenged me for the best deal, I compared their prices with e-commerce sites).Living in Lucknow since birth, havent ever encountered such a bad experience ever. Strongly recommend all not to purchase here until they learn to respectfully treat their customers!!Advice to the Brand: You guys seriously need to respect your customers. Very bad customer handling and sale persons attitude. This shop people have no values whatsoever. They sold the AC 20% more than what was available in the market and me being naive though there won’t be much different and shop was near my home and got involved in this trap. We confronted the shop sales person and his response was very rude and when things started to heat up he said that he will return the 20% if we give him the same company AC of that capacity, I thought it was nice of him to show some ownership. But later when we got another AC if same company with same capacity he started going back from his words and he said it is their choice that they are charging more. All of this ‘drama’ waisted my entire day and we are stuck with the 20% expensive AC.My suggestion would be to please check at some other place before buying from here, Don’t get trapped by the conditions like ‘shop is nearby’ or ‘it’s too hot and I won’t be able to wait more’.......

Please avoid buying from this showroom.Delivery- 200rs ( They charge for delivery. I have never see amazon or Flipkart to charge extra fees for delivery even after Lowest prize in market)Money- They are selling AC atleast 6000Rs above market Running rate. Like i purchased AC of 35K Rs, but when i came to knew market prize i was shocked which was 29K Rs.Abuse- Sellers are concerned of there Profit. They Dont have any margin of Profit Guidelines, They can sell 1Ton AC at the rate of 1.5Ton. (They exactly did with me)..Management-i would like to name this person, AYUSH AGRAWAL. (Identification- Cut mark on Right Neck and Cut mark on Right). No concern to maintain the decorum of Showroom, will go any limits to fool customers, no sense of Soft skills, etcFor example - If you say, do you have any idea how people have earned their money in Lockdown, and you are taking more than 25% Profile margin,Mr. Agrawal reply- I also need to recover 3months lossHandling- They wont Provide you any info of appliances. There will always be loop holes in their detailing.Customer service- My AC was with 30% profit margin that means for then 6-7K. I Told to Mr Agrawal that have came to know that i can buy same product atleast 4-5k lesser price.He asked me for proof.He told me to bring Quotation from any show.I brought him Quotation, now he said call and verify the QuotationI called verification done.Now he asked, purchase any 1Ton AC and give me, i will return your total amount.I agreed with it and bought him another AC.Now he said, i want exactly same AC which i have given to you.( difference was in Gas of AC, i bought R-32 and Provided him R-410A.)He said, R-410A Gas is banned.I researched, R-410A will be completely Banned in Split AC after 2025 and in window AC from 2020.He Accused me of giving him Ban product.He did all things by even misbehaving with my parents.Showing aggression on my Friend, as he told him that he was doing wrong.All this happened just because i wanted to have back my 5K Rs which they took from me by fooling amd taking extra margin.I can easily file complaint against the. as there are norms for Profit margin, but that would be only waste of my time.As i can do better by Honestly Reviewing them and Let you know that these people are worst than robber.Atleast of Robber is caught red handed he will return your Robbed item. But they wont.

Thoroughly unprofessional, I knowingly bought overpriced items on the basis of one and only commitment of the same day delivery - yet they fail to deliver “dispatched” items taking eternity to deliver within 3 km.
