Extremely bad services. They have constantly decreased there quality of spectacles too. The only good thing about this place is the owner is soft spoken

EXCELLENT SERVICE, QUALITY PROGRESSIVE GLASSES AT A REASONABLE PRICE !!!During my recent visit to Lucknow, I was introduced to this optic shop by a friend.Mr Pankaj looked after me - he was understanding and knowledgeable ( I could know, now that this was to be my third progressive ).By far the best glasses ever, what else can I say !!Not only he worked with me for the style etc, what I appreciated was the fact that he explained everything in lay-person language and offered genuine suggestions for my tailor-made glasses.A big Thank You to everyone involved in my eye-care at LEC.Cheers
