Visited the place ,staff was good in nature and cordial especially devender g and Babubhai. Quality of products was also good. I have purchased 3 instead of one after visiting the place. I hope they will provide good services in future also.

I would definitely say that R Kumar is the best in the business. I am a R Kumar customer since last 6 years and they have always been my go to spot for stylish and high quality glasses. My latest purchase there was in June 2018. I got a branded frame with a 1 year warranty. I live in USA, so when my glasses broke I contacted them and they sent me the same brand new frame in just under 1 month. The same thing happened again and they sent me a new frame again. I would definitely say that they have the best customer service because I was contacted directly by the owner Mr. Rohan Kumar himself when I emailed them with my problem. He makes sure that the customer is never left disappointed with the service provided. He has the core family values of maintaining a long lasting relationship with old customers and providing them with the best service possible.Such customer satisfaction values make me a loyal customer of R Kumar.

Great service and collection! I was sceptical to visit after the lockdown, but all the safety measures are in place. So much so that the spectacles were delivered in a vacuum sealed cover, fully sanitized!
