Good for family stay. staff is good and room upgradation was done.room was nice and clean, extra mattress was provided for 3 people booking. tv was working. water, buffet, tea, coffee sachets and toiletries were provided. however washroom should have exhaust fan, as longer stay might cause it to smell, but they had odinil hanging in there. for late checkout upto 6 hrs they took extra money. overall stay was good and satisfactory.safety, good staff behaviour

The hotel is nice. But they have very limited staff which delays the service. They have the same breakfast menu. They close their kitchen by 10pm. Else everything is ok. Recommended for budget stays. And also they dont have arrangements for drivers but the staff is good to manage it.

As after getting reviews only I decided to stay here but went totaly wrong!!main door lock was was temporary adjusted with mass of paper as I photo uploaded... washroom lock was not working at all... curtain rods were falling.... the hotel location was also smelling bad with loud noises. and very important mobile network doesnt work from inside room!

I stayed there for 2 nights, it was an amazing time, I was on a business trip but my wife was with me, her experience was very nice. She never felt that she is in a hotel. As per her room service was very nice, food was delicious but little spicy but we enjoyed. All staff was very friendly and helpful specially front desk staff. Thank you for this beautiful service. Not so friendly hotel. Services are not upto the mark. We have to call them my times for water bottle. For normal check-in they have taken more than an hour. We have booked for 3 adults and 1 child and paid for the same. In the voucher it was clear written that extra mattresses would be provided however they were asking extra money. Room was so small that only 2 person can accommodate. Worst service.

The receptionist claims to have a lot of experience in hotel industry but unfortunately doesn’t even knows how to greet his guests, the guy is arrogant and is ready to fight at any time, non cooperative dumb staff.Save yourself some braincells and avoid this clown house.

Hotel was safe enough ,staff was very polite but the only issue was the breakfast there were no healthy option would say if was fine in the given price.

Hotel is good and very near to railway station. Breakfast was ok and the room was clean. Service was also good.One thing I didnt like about this hotel is that they have a non refundable policy. If you make any mistake while booking the hotel, then no body will do anything charges for modifying details is very high. You will end up paying more money to the hotel.

Hotel is good and well maintained. they daily change towels, toiletries , tea and coffee bags etc, letter kettle mini fridge water bottle is provided. there is low menu option that is bad, the price is bit high. free breakfast, kettle with tea and coffee bags, water bottle daily.

As per given rating & photo in MMT ,Hotel rooms & bathroom are not good , flush in the bathroom is not working properly.

I have stayed many times at Hotel York Inn. It is an excellent Hotel to stay. The buffet breakfast spread is excellent. Only exception may be idli, chutney and Sambhar but then understandable in North India do not expect the same taste as that one gets in south India. Great staff. Worth value for money. Veg and Non Veg including Chinese cuisine ordered in the room is also excellent taste.

It is a great place but the only thing that I hate was at 31st december in the banquet there was a party in their hotel it took them 40 minutes to bring the food half of the items in the hotel where not their but it was in the menu but we cannot order them. However the room is very nice in the first floor we got a room in the first floor it was very nice. Toilet was good but a little Small. There was a fridge too it was expensive ............so overall the room was very nice i think so you should stay in this hotel because it is in a very quite place andnear the railway station

I give my room key for cleaning without my presence. But when I return, my JBL headphone was missing. Tell the house keeping and reception but they directly said you had lost it somewhere else.I dont even think they even bother to check with their cleaning associates. Bathroom size is very poor and room ambience is also not good. Food is ok ok. Worst experience on a business visit.

Im giving it 4 star because there was no exclusive lock(sitkani in Hindi)from inside. the lock can be opened from outside with an extra key. there is no extra lock which can be opened only from insidenice hotel but there was no exclusive lock of door from inside. the lock of the door can be opened from outside with an extra key.

Very pleasant neat calm peaceful ☮️ hotel 🏨. Looks very luxurious. The only problem I had is the pillow covers and not changed. I asked for pillow change and they again bought used pillows. Again I complained to Front desk receptionist, they changed. Which was very pathetic. Restaurant food was good. I had soup in the night time which was really tasty. Morning breakfast is also good which contains cut fruits, kheer, bread and jam and other south and North Indian breakfasts. Overall experience was excellent except the pillow cover issue.

Service is good, facilities and cleanliness is more than enough at this priceThe major fault is their window. Its not sound proof all the sounds from road come inside even if you are @3rd floor none can tolerate it anyhow if I go through my sensation levels. So during exams dont prefer superior rooms having road side but only the normal room with back side.

They are a Ok kind hotel yet the food served is very good in taste.. The rooms are well designed and have all the basic amenities in them... Rooms are small with queen size bed but hiegene and cleanliness in rooms/ Hotel was good. Staff was very cooperative. Bedsheets/ Towels/ pillow provided were also clean. Extra blankets on request were provided. Complementary breakfast facility is available in their restaurant on ground floor next to reception. Parking facility in basement is also available otherwise there is ample parking space available outside the hotel.

This place can be called a beign established work in progress place. I stayed there for 2 days and the entire service is nice. U have to always keep telling the staffs for the rooms service to be done otherwise they will act like u dont exist. The hotel is having good rooms and the superior rooms looks very normal. The bathroom is ok and the comfort is also nice. The hotel. Is easy to find and we walked from hotel to the charbagh railway station. It is a good place but not the best regarding the cost and money. Cost shall be a bit less. And the food is awesome

Bad service. Rude staff. Calls and threatens to cancel booking. Slow service throughout. Very noisy place. Not soundproof as they claim. Cant sleep cause of musquitoes and noise. Not worth it at all.

Stayed two nights in different rooms. Staff were cordial and sweet. Rooms were a little small if you re booking for three people. We had the mattress available but not much space to lay it around. The location of the hotel is good as in its close to the popular joints and market areas and even the Railway Station. This works both ways. While you have easy access to vehicles and transport systems there is always a traffic congestion and you will literally be in the middle of blaring horns and commotion. Food was decent , we didnt opt for the breakfast but the spread on display looked good. I have my concerns though on the hotel being called a boutique one cause the two rooms I availed were quite similar. No other complaints though

Except food quality nothing is good... Rooms ambiance not up to the scale of 4 star hotel. Key lock is not working properly, AC remote cells are not in AC remote. They use cheap pack of cable tv... English language channels are not in it.Not good for try.
