I cam here with my sister-in-law for hair-colour. We were attended by Mr. Zakir. I was bit confused about the shade but he was very patient. He explained me about different colours and the overall look i would have to carry at the end. He even gave 2-3 patch tests and went ahead only when he gained my confidence.At toni & Guy your hair are in safe hands.

This is a great place for hygienic, professional salon services. We had a great experience getting our haircuts and treatments done. The tea they serve is awesome too. The stylists are professional and really sweet. Music is good. All in all, one of the best in Lucknow. Highly recommended.

Pathetic behaviour of the receptionist. When I called to book an appointment and asked the prices of haircuts, and told her I would call back to confirm my appointment in 10 minutes, she rudely told me that she hasnt got all day to wait for my call and that she has to go to a meeting in sometime.I may not be familiar with groundbreaking meetings taking place in a salon that would stop climate change or bring about tremendous social change, but I do understand that the job of the receptionist was to attend calls politely and help a customer.She sounded as if she was doing me a great favour by telling me which slots were available and what is the initial cost of a haircut, in spite of the fact that she is literally being paid to do that job.

Must say that the stylists and team at Toni & Guy Lucknow are truly professionals. They could immediately judge what my hair wanted... It lacked moisture and had lost its original texture. Using the best products, they made sure that not only my hair was back to its original texture, but also looked much more bouncier than before. A nice cut and i was sorted. This was an eye opening experience for me, wonderful really, specially face cleanup by Jazz and haircut by Ibrahim.

This is not the first time im getting waxing done . I am well aware that along with waxing there are certain services that the salon is supposed to provide like cleaning the waxed area with cloth so that no wax is stuck on it. I was asked to apply the oil on my own and then on asking for a wet towel i was told that that is not done here and then i was expected to roam around with wax stuck on my arms. The people who were supposed to provide the services were late. And there was discrepancy in the pricing. We were being charged more than we were told we would be charged for the services. Extremely disappointed. Toni and guy should really stick to doing hair treatments only. I would not be going back here nor would i recommend it to anyone else.

These clueless frauds don’t even know the basics of hair cutting. I had been a regular customer of Toni and Guy Bangalore before I decided to try this as I was back home. The stylist lacked basic skills and ruined my hair which I had grown for more than 6 months. He kept on cutting the hair short even when I had told that I wanted just trimming. After screwing up the hair behind ears he made it even worse in trying to fix it. I wish I remembered his name so that I could name him here for people to be careful of him.For the amount of money they charge, the casual attitude of stylist, lack of basic skills and congested lanes of hazartganj. Not worth it at all.1 to 1.5 at max. Please don’t be misguided the ratings.

Worst service ever. Please dont go there. I went for hair (colour balayage) showed them images what I wanted, they assured it would be done and will look very fine. Made false promises.They also said its my gurantee. My hair texture was very fine. They first bleached my hairs and then painted with orange colour. Highly disappointed. Day by day its looking worst and i will again have to undergo with some treatment and colour in good salon.They literally dont know anything i would suggest freelancer does more good job as compared.It would be best if you provide me some solutions or refund the amount or else would take future action.

Hi went for my daughter hair cut and they charged me rs1000/ and gave worst haircut she ever done in her life she cried almost 3 days . We dont know what to do because now she cant have any other cut also. My friend paid rs500 for her daughter hair cut of same age when I said that there rates are rs500 they immediately said it is revised now. They did not showed me the rate card when I asked they said it is closing time rate card is kept inside. They are cheaters they charge you whatever they feel like, so be aware do not go for there services......

It was very delightful experience though i didnt gave them much time for my makeover, they did a fabulous job. And the staff was so humble especially Mr. Prince Trivedi who arranged my booking on such short notice. Thank you so much for the generous behaviour. Good mens haircut here is a matter of luck. Other than a very few hair stylists, most of them arent as skilled as in other cities. Not worth the amount of money they charge. Would suggest looking for other salons before considering Tony and Guy Lucknow specifically. Ive been going here for almost an year now and get disappointed every now and then.

So i got my keratin treatment done here and with no doubt i would like to say that i will come here again and again for more services the staff was so polite . my hair and skin feels great i also got a clean up done and my mother got a facial which she loved. she told me that her experience was very relaxing and it was a 3 hr long facial done by miss myra she is really very sweet and a great professional. my keratin was done by mr sumit he is an expert really ( i have got a keratin treatment done before in some other salon) but my experience by far in this one was the best . the people at the reception too were very very potile and sweet and i just love how the staff and the owner treat their every customer. also every service is an investment here at toni and guy for you so check them out . ❤️
