Everything Was Good And Hotel Deserve 4 Star Only Reason Cutting 1 Star Is Due To Lack Of Options In Breakfast. I Was Willing To Pay But There Was No Option Other Than Complimentary Menu. There Were Parantha And I Dont Like Parantha. Washroom Was Very Clean Shiny , But Required Maintenance

I had a poor experience staying here. The location is confusing, bathroom unclean. The guys at the desk were co-operative but lacked sense of hospitality and felt untrained.I had an urgent meeting early next morning and the motor got burnt and there was no water from 5 AM to 10:30 AM and it took them a lot of time to get it repaired and I got late to the meeting and also went there unkempt.I understand machine failure is not their fault, but atleast they should have backup plans as they run a hotel not a dharamshala.

They location was good. the food was delicious though a bit pricey. there was no water due to motor breakage.

Pros: Perfect location, Bigger room sizeCons: Irrespective of giving all information beforehand to the hotel officials, we have been allotted a room in which there was no water in the flush. On highlighting this, the receptionist very casually said it happens, the water pressure will come back in sometime. This tall guy at the reception during the day time, was full of attitude and i felt that he was the guest not us. He was simply standing at the reception assisting one person, while i was going all over the lobby and checking what to do.We stepped out for lunch, and said by the time will come back kindly get another allotted or get the water pressure fixed. When we were back, nothing was done, this guy at the reception said We cant check water pressure coz u have keys He allotted another room but when i checked the flush, i found out its same issue here as well.I checked with another guests at the hotel, and here is what they mentioned This is Oyo, what do you expect, this is happening, cant do anything . Well, i have to do something coz i came with my elderly parents. After 30 minutes, we got a room on lobby level next to reception and finally the water flow was fine in this room. Room - 001, earlier room allotted - 101.Couple of other things i would like to mention as i was pretty surprise to see. Being Tounhouse being the top brands of Oyo, there is no security or safety at place for the guest.The Housekeeping services starts after 1 pm, the kitchen opens after 8 am.The linens are dirty like anythingIf you want to take this complain as a opportunity to improve then u can consider or else ignore. Because u got one more guest who also believes now - Its Oyo, what do you expect.

Townhouses from OYO never fail the expectations that are set. The same goes for this one, the staff was very polite and helpful also the rooms are good. The only thing I look for is clean linen/beddings and a clean washroom. The townhouse 096 didnt disappoint. Enjoy your stay here.

Wise great near lohia park in gomti nagar...Staff behaviour very nice....I stayed in room no 004 ...At the ground floor....Only trouble that I face was of invoice...Taxable invoice....Which I didnt receive till date even though the lady committed me to send one .....She even took my email id...Very poor commitment level.

There Was Leakage In The Bathroom And It Had Not Been Cleaned. The Sheets Were Also Stained Including The Blankets. Also There Was A Strange Odour In The Room.

Room is somewhat ok. A big geyser was there in the wash room, but not working no hot water.Stain in the wall. Looks like water leakage inside.Electrical wires are hanging on the mirror.Air conditioner ( AC) is working fine, but no remote control. It was in a pathetic condition.On the day of my check in, I said daily I have to leave the hotel by 8.00am, so I need breakfast little before 8.00 am. The guy on the reception said, we will do it. None of the day I was served on time.Other important thing to note is, call taxis find difficult to reach the location, because it is just by side (hidden) of a flyover. Most of the days delayed due to breakfast and taxi.Think before you check in
