Having dinner with my family last night..Good ambiebce for a memorable time spend, food taste was good but little bit delayed in delivery as usual ( hospitality was not up to mark..).But one thing spoil the all good things is that they serve packed soft drink cans at much higher rates despite on serving on Mrp which I noticed later when checking my bill......

Located at good place. Parking space is less compare to others. Interiors, halls are good. Even rooms are also best from some other similar hotels. Hospitality is good. Attended 3-4 programmes. Easily reachable as is near metro station too.

Nice place and most interesting part is they allow you to have swiggy Zomato food inside

Superb room. We even got upgraded for free to executive room. From cleanliness/hygiene to service everything was perfect. In addition great location. Clean and peaceful. Expensive but good.

It was pathetic. dirty Lenin. asked to change. again it had stains. towels were overused and looking dirty. Wifi was not working. it took me more than 4 hours to download mails. Setup box of TV was not working even after assurances it did not work, finally at 11:00 pm i had to ask the person to leave my room. Dirt was visible every where. Breakfast was below average. Parking space is limited and they parked my car outside on the road. I requested them to park the car inside. i am surprised how people have given such good comments. are they real travelers? There is clear lack of professionalism and employees are not well trained. This was my worst ever stay at Lucknow. Many good hotels are in same locality at same or 10-20 % addition cost.

Nice hotel. Good hygienic rooms. Only one suggestion that they should provide slippers and bathmats. Rest all is good. Nice service, nice food.

Superb location, wonderful staff, delicious recipes and great service. The sr manager Mr Kamlesh is very humble and helpful. Overall I have always enjoyed the courtsy of this Hotel since its inseption and organised my most of the program and conferences.

Nice, clean and big rooms than any 5 star hotel in Lucknow. Food was tasty , though buffet breakfast had limited options, hotel staff was polite . Car parking is limited inside the premises.

Amazing food...ordered many dishes for my daughters birthday ...everyone liked the food very much. Packing of the food is very neat and clean.Adding starter Tandoori aloo angara is superb..must try.

Attended a Bday Party here in July 21.Impressed with everything in there. Valet Parking staff was even too courteous.Met a Senior Staff Mr. Kamlesh Tiwari : Been very Polite, and ensured each guests are attended and staff is on the Job all time.Food was also good.

Decent place. Strangely enough the top restaurant was washed in dim red light, looked quite shady. But the function I attended was on the ground floor. Nice big room where people could dance, kids played... Food was fine, not greasy, thats a plus.

A must visit place in the heart of the city. Specially if you are thinking to plan any occassion then it is the right choice. Food quality is very good just a little bit upgradation in the service section needed otherwise everything was fantastic..

Nice small place with all the required avenues.

This is a four star hotel located in Hazratganj city which is walk able distance to Saharaganj mall, food and shopping joints. The hotel looks attractive starting from the lobby to the room. Rooms are huge (Refer Pics) and spacious with basic amenities such as led TV, cupboards, safe, iron with iron board, centralized air conditioning, refrigerator, tea coffee kits/,maker, etc etc... I like the space available to walk around and a seating area (refer pic) which was very comfortable. Adding to the comfort, they have heating facility withing the air-conditioning for those chilly winters which keep the room warm at all time. The rooms were clean and so were the toilets (I would say sparkling clean) also with a convex/concave mirror and hair dryer. The breakfast spread was very good and had different variety each day. Taste wise the breakfast and dinner which i had was very nice and the service provided by professional and friendly staff at the restaurant and the room were prompt.Overall, hotel gives a luxurious feel and good amount of freedom to walk in the rooms if you opt to stay indoors. Food is also very good but do try the local cuisine around the hotel. Do have a look at the pics for further references.

The best thing about hotel silvete is its spacious .... parking facility is also good....we had an engagement over there everything was perfect ....the only demerit about this hotel is his coffee boy....we need to say him 10 times to get one coffee....lazy guy....rest all was perfect....

Excellent place for families but not Business Travellers. The lighting in the room needs improvement. There is no lighting near the window where the Writing Table and Easy Chair is located. Thus after dark they become unusable to read and write.The room itself is spacious as is the Buffet Breakfast variety. Egg preparation and Dosa are superb as are the chutneys. However the Idli and Sambar was below expectation. Minibar items are overpriced by 100 percent when there is a shop nearby where same items are available at half the rates.

A good, clean budget hotel in Lucknow that upgraded my colleague and me to huge rooms. Very good location convenient to local attractions and some of the famous restaurants. A nice variety of choices at breakfast. I’d stay here again if I didn’t have the budget for the bigger hotels.

Its very excellent place for marriage and other type of functions...silvet manager Mr. K Tiwari is very cooperative and helpful in nature including other staff and assistant Mangers...😇We booked a hall comprising of only 200 people and my guests were around 300+....so it was tension in my mind, how to handle such large crowd in dat hall....But Staff and all other Managers took great initiative and manage all the things very well...😊😊Food + rooms + management was excellent...Please Do visit over here..

The place is a complete delight. I really did not expect such a serene ambience in the heart of the city with such an amazing food quality. The food is good and so is the service. The ambience at the rooftop is calm and composite. The service is a little slow at times and the stewards could do better with a little more knowledge of the menu

Spacious rooms. Good design. Great breakfast. And decent staff. I stayed here for a night and I donot have any complaints. The rooms were up to the mark and my stay was pleasant. The check in and check out process was also quick and easy. There was no hassle.

The hotel is overpriced and the Staff is ok. The only advantage is the location which is why i think they charge more as compared to the hotels in Gomtinagar area, which are newly built and more luxurious than Silvete. The food is very good though. Go for it if you need to stay near Hazratgunj area.

One of the best hotel in Hazratganj. In the heart of Lucknow city still the outside ambience is calm. Reachable from airport in 40 min. Food is delicious and less oily. Staff is courteous. Rooms are too big which is gud when you are traveling with kids. Only issue which I felt that breakfast is limited but its worth what you are paying here. Overall superb experience.

Very good hotel, neat and clean tasty food

It was really a nice stay. Room size wise good. Restaurants were having decent food. Morning breakfast could have better choices but was good. Parking was an issue. Specially the parking guy was very Tip Hungry. They used to demand which i didnt feel well.Reception was courteous. Cleanliness was also a worry point as they did not change the bed sheet for all 3 days we stayed.

The ambience is pretty good and it feels nice to dine at a height. The hospitality of the staff is admirable but the sizzlers and food quality can be improved. The rates are little bit high on pocket and the lift is crammed. The management should improve in these fields so that next time one can give it a 5 star rating.

No wheelchair access. Steep ramp at the entrance and there is a fixed glass in front of it. I dont understand the use of that ramp ??Helpers literally lift you up to make you enter the hotel. Very derogatory...though the staff was courteous and helpful..Secondly, it is mandatory to make all buildings ( any building frequented by public) accessible..

A good quality hotel situated opposite to national pg college near Sikander baag. Rooms are very much spacious and maintained well. staff are cooperative, pollite and provide good service. Buffet breakfast is good in quality and taste. WiFi service was not upto the desired speed. Bathrooms are clean n spacious with bath cubicle (no bath tub). Overall, good hotel & value for money.

The hotel is at the heart of the city.It is good for small party and even if youre planning to have a small marriage then this could be one of the place in budget with maintaining the standard.The parking area is not provided by them, but the hotel is at a place where there is lot of place and the roads are wide enough to park your car near by.The entrance of the hotel is bit small to take a car inside to the entrance but its ok as the hotel is for small party

If you need wi-fi for your work in the hotel, then please dont go for this hotel. connectivity is extremely poor. reception staff mentioned that wi-fi is like that only and will work like that. everytime i wanted to connect to wi-fi, a man was sent to my room who took 10 minutes to get me connected. that too was interrupted many times.All in all a good hotel. Drivers know the place quite well. Will book it for second time only if the hotel assures me of a smooth and good wi-fi connectivity.

Restaurant is good with oudoor seating and indoor seating both..food is also good..hotel rooms are spacious clean with all amenities likes kettle hair dryer etc..wifi is also available..staff is helpful..my room heating was not working so they provided separate heater..sheets had stains which were also replaced immediately...there are other halls available for functions/conferences..overall comfortable stay

Good hotel, good staff, food quality of On High terrace restaurant is 10/10...overall it will fit your pocket and will leave a long lasting impression...I organized my grandparents anniversary third time here and the arrangements were as told....In short, its a place which will never let you down...
