Such pathetic airlines, they keep you in ques waiting for so long, they don’t care about the customers. The whole flight goes empty still they charge for excess luggage which is only 1.5 kgsNo masks, no extra security for corona, the staff is so rude!Worst staff, worst ground staff in Lucknow speciallyGuys never opt for these airlines, try going for indigo! Gave 1 star because less than one is not the optionWorst service.. not pliable to time. Change schedule for single flight almost 3-4 times and then in place of 2 hr flight they give 7 hr flight. Will never go by this service ever again

Indias worst airline, thats the best discription for this airline. I had horrible experience in Booking flights with this airline. First, they canceled flight 10 days before departure date. I wanted to exit and book other airline. But, I hv to book this flight again at last moment with extra payment because they dont give refunds. They postponed the flight timings to midnight flight with worst timings. Web Check in tremendously difficult because it shows status as restricted. I have to use my family friend in Goair to check in. At airport again goair changed boarding pass saying issues with earlier boarding pass. I tried more than 5 hrs trying to connect to customer care. But, they never picked up call. Hard to believe this type of airline surviving in our country. Never ever book tickets with this Air lines. Chances are that you will loose your money.

India’s worst airlines, I booked my flight for 26jan 2021 and time was 2pm to 4pm then they called on 10jan that time changed for 9.30am to 11.30am and on 25th jan 2021 I got sms at 8oclcok that flight will start at 9.30am and will reach destination at 10.30pm they added stoppage at Delhi.Go air customer care number does not exist.I booked my flight from Easemytrip and they were also unable to contact goAir and there were no ticket updates in easemytrip.So I will suggest that never 👎🏻 ever book goAir flight and never use easemytrip
Very bad experience. The ground staff is very rude. If there would have been an option for minus rating, would have given that. One particular ground staff,SUMIT Gharewal was very rude and arrogant and made sure that we would have missed our flight.They display different rules on the internet and different once you reach there. Not helpful or courteous in any way. This is the last time Im travellimg from this airlines. Indigo is much better dont mind paying extra and travelling in Indigo rather than GoAir.

They cancelled this flight for Nov 26th date and the agents didnt help and no body called, I just received a message that it got cancelled.They charged me extra fare saying the fare difference is applicable.Here do you see there a fair trade?Shame on GoAir

In my recent trip to Lucknow it was a mental torture to travel with this airlinesThey stopped us at the airport and asked us to pay 900/- extra, thye didnt know what that charge was for but didnt allow me to board the flight till the time I made the payment. I sent an email asking for for the justification so I got a call from.airlines about refund. Few days later got a call from MakeMyTrip that I was charged for extra baggage which I never ask apparentlyStopped getting response from nodal officer and appealent authority and finally after almost a month I got the money also refunded but swear I am.never gonna fly goair, ever!Also they are asking people to make payment to select seats when doing a webcheckin and one can not move ahead without making payment. One of the worst airlines you can find in india. Please avoide them if you dont want to spoil your holidayStaff is rude and they think they are doing us a favorYour luggage will compe last as no airport really gives them enough attention it seemsI wish they shut shops and thats when their rude staff will learn a lesson

Vert bad experience for goair booking. By fault 2 tickets on same flight same time and same passenger and flight schedule (6 hrs)had been changed also.But Go air deny for full ticket refund.indigo provide good service compared to Go air.Please be careful before booking on Go air.
Very poor service. Booked tickets from LKO to COK and COK to LKO. Airlines cancel the services due to COVID and not returning money. Nobody should book on GoAir airlines. Tried to contact through phone and email, but very sorry to say, no reply from their side.

My Go-Air flight G8-559/571 from Lucknow to Goa scheduled for the 26th of December 2019 at 15:50 hours was canceled.I had written to Go Air for a refund more than 15 days ago and am yet to hear back from an executive (Reference Number: G8-00795768). Is this a new company scheme to harass customers seeking refund by not responding to them? This is the last time I ever book a GoAir flight! Because the customer service thus far has been absolutely pathetic to say the least! I call the customer service number everyday and nobody answers.
Worst service! The staff does not care. They infact gave absurd reasons to justify their act of not giving wheelchair to an old lady. The staff on the aircraft told me the wheelchair service was for only getting down the aircraft not going up.I had asked for a wheel chair service for my grandmother (95 years old). I ended up helping my grandmother up the stairs of the aircraft without a wheelchair. The staff on the aircraft told me the wheelchair service was for only getting down the aircraft not going up.Way to go GoAir! You can’t even apologize for not helping a old lady. They send the plane is delayed message after arriving at the airport, 1 hour before the flight. Absolutely no remorse or assistance thereafter. Eventually the delayed flight of 3 hours, takes off 1 hour late without any explanation whatsoever. Most indifferent staff who don’t even serve you water on request, twice. Only interested in retailing their products. Please do not make the mistake of traveling with go air
Booked ticket from Lko to Delhi for 13/03/2020 and could not cancel or reschedule due to non pick up of phone by customer care for 15 attempts and so on. Very disappointing.
They cancel the flight and then ask to call customer care for rescheduling or refund but the customer care doesnt pickup any call. Even if you post it on their official Twitter, Facebook or even Instagram page - they take days to call back.
If there was option for negative rating I would have rated accordingly. Horrible and unprofessional to the core. Tried reaching out to Go Air after they Cancelled a flight but all listed numbers right across Call Centres, Help Lines , Lko-Hyd - Delhi airport to Mumbai head office was unreachable and not responding.

The top authority or the management, YOU need to look up very seriously about your junior staffs. I am a frequent flyer of Indigo but this time due to unavailability of seats i i shift to go air. The guy at the check in counter was very very rude while providing me the the boarding pass.Yes my checkin bag was overweight as it was 15.2kg, and i could have easily pull out 200gm material from that which i did, but the way of treating that scenario was very very pathatic.Dont know his name though, my flight was on 8th feb from Lucknow to Mumbai (flight no. G8 2609) and pnr was UEKDKH.The guy was not just rude but also passing comments to his junior subordinate who generally performs the luggage shifting work on the belt.Dont know the name of that person who attended me but yes he was semi bald and slim with dark brown colour tone at one of the two counters available in Lucknow AirportGO AIR, PLEASE GO THROUGH THIS SERIOUSLY.REGARDS :- PRASOON CHANDRA
