They are so pathetic, no customer support nothing.You have to wait for an hour in the billing counter, they take so much time to prepare a bill for 1 person, even guards are very lazy.No one will response for your queries.. Very bd experience of here.Even they are not able to manage on week days, God knows what happen on weekends.

Big bazaar as we all know budgeted shopping destination for household goods ... Big bazaar bhootnath is good .. clothing collection is also good ... Large no. Of household times are present but cosmetic products are very few...So nice one..❤️

Nice place and yes a hygiene place with covid protocols. All shops are not opened yet but its great to visit because essential shops and some other category shops are also opened. You can get easy transport from this area. Boothnath metro station I also nearby.

At present, there is no staff at the billing counter in Big Bazaar of Shalimar Plaza, all the goods are in disarray. If you want to shop here, then you will have to spend more time for this.

Its a ok ok place..3 major reason to visit this plaza can be big bazaar, dominos or buying some clothes as it has branded showrooms as well. It has parking of its own. Best part is its well connected with the city and Bhoothnath market as well

Clothes are good here but I didnt get party wear clothes....it is good for casual and regular dresses

Descent collection of items in Big bazaar. Most of other shops are closed in the mall. Also, the mall is little confusing to move inside. Needs a major upgrade.

Visiting duting night times is much better to see the lighings of city.

Fine place neat nd clean

This place used to be a go to place back when it was stocked up, but now the state is pretty poor and dunno when its gonna improve. Back then you could possibly get any thing till 11 PM at night and at decent prices. The cash counters were the only thing that needed a change and improvement. Some staff were also pretty ill informed!

The store is back with its stock, however, still it requires some revamping especially with their checkout process. All in all, this is a good place to shop at.

Yesterday I. e on 10/04/21, we visited for shopping. We were looking shirt size, staff were not cooperative. Rudely behavior were seen. Staff just told, size is not available, but after searching size carefully, we got it, they were talking rudely. We were upset and come back. Item purchased Rs 1800/-
