Extremely rude and obnoxious staff. They don’t even have knowledge about products. Ruining Sephora’s name.

The staff is very uncordial!!! They don’t seem to be interested in selling at all.I have been Sephora’s customer from years in a different city and have never encountered such behaviour from their staff. It is very upsetting to see such a behaviour in Lucknow Sephora.

Very very bad service ...!I am horrified with the way they behave with the customer.Everyone is extremely rude and obnoxious.They behave as if they are doing you a big favour by letting you enter the shop.No one has any kind of knowledge of the makeup brands.The guy in Estée Lauder section does not even let you try the foundation.Even with the Covid safety measures he hardly gave me less than a drop to try on my skin.He had put less than a drop on a small sponge & then gave the sponge to me.They literally treat you like beggars.I have visited Sephora in Singapore,Dubai,Doha,Canada & various other places internationally.I have never seen anyone behave the way they do.If they continue to behave the way do they will definitely loose out all the customers.Sephora a big shout out..!plz watch your customer service in Lucknow Sephora branch.I am extremely disappointed & they are ruining the brand name of Sephora as well with their behaviour.This is an honest feedback before any further damage is done to the reputations

I went to Sephora lucknow fun mall and god 2-3 girls over there are so rude and unfriendly like whatever I was asking for they were so rude and behaviour was so bad . I had a planned to buy thing from there but don’t buy anything b’cz of there rude behaviour! Worst experience! Anytime I will prefer to buy online now or visit to delhi and buy the product .. but won’t visit this store👎🏻
