State bank of India vikas nagar branch is just behind the main complex in which Bharat medical store is there.It is in the lower ground floor of the building.The atm is also at the back side of the building.Everyone in the bank is very helpful especially the guard , he is like the back bone of this branch.Guard is really very knowledgeable and I guess he should also get a nice post there .

Worst SBI branch ever. Because of such ignorant staff, I have never liked SBI. Enquiry officer will direct you to Guard for every query as if she is giving her salary to him. New Customers are not at all welcomed, instead for that also, they will ask you to come tomorrow. Useless branch for public. Will give 0 star.

Very lazy staff even this is senior citizen staff never do any work in a single day.I am advising not to open an account in this branch. never give full information about anything , arrogant behaviour.

Rude behaviour, Ignorant people. Anyone can get frustrated if holds an account in this branch. Noone is there to help you and youll be in a chaotic environment. This branch is really damaging the reputation of the largest bank in India.

Poor staff. There staff thinks they have lots of work and you (customer) are free they have lots of time. Specially their cashier and there last bench officer (who collect/ verify documents).
