Bajaj a good brand but pushpa bajaj is best for service

Poor service. Pathetic staff and technicians. They told me that they will call me as soon as my bike gets serviced. I had to call them after a day just to remind them about my bike. They made an expense estimate of 3400. I felt that I was being overcharged so I got into a one-on-one with manager and the cost got reduced to 1680 rupees. Also, I stood up there like an idiot while getting an appointment for my bike. No one bothered to offer me a seat.

Good Service....Price is little bit high as compared to other local shops. But Bajaj genuine product are used resulting into better life.

Their Phone number isnt working even....that shows their customer service 😂😂

No professionalism. Zero customer satisfaction. No card payment no upi payment. Never visit in future

Least proffesional staff. At the time of payment I didnt have cash so I asked for upi or card payment, they didnt have both and they asked me get cash for the atm. It took me 1 hour to find an atm by walking. Service was not up to the mark. The things which I told them to do, they didnt do that and at the end when I asked them they were giving different types of excuses. I dont recommend this at all.

Worst experience ever.they just fool the customer.they never wash the vehicles properly just balst with water and thats it then cover the bike with polish so thick that it will gather dust and keep on soiling your clothes for days.they billed me for cleaning the chain but never cleaned it.just sprayed lubricant over it.when i insisted they just paid me back the cleaning charges.but had i not checked it in the first place they would have billed me wrongly..FRAUDS!CHEATS!

Okk service centre but in the alam bagh centre it is not a very big workshop like in the area of hazrat ganj.But also okk if u want to service your vehicle of bajaj...

They provide good services , I went here for the Information about new bike with Finance and people working here are so helpfully resolved my queries and provided me good company for the finance matter for purchase with easy installation

Polite staff although with small waiting area, better to visit early at 9am for booking. Expected return is around 4 to 5pm.It closes at 6pm. Again, I would suggest ask for each spare part they add in bill, they might replace a fine part to fulfil their monthly targets.Better not to buy spares from here, since they are taxed instead go for whole sale dealers you get lower priced with tax free product(one is in Lalbagh).

Its alright, they do their job but are not as reliable. Problem of availability of spare parts 2 out of 4 times.

This in sringaar nagar metro situated in lko so this is gave a good service and very friendly and parts is also genuine pqrts

This is bajaj company service center as well as new bike seller.So you can buy new bike and service your bike easily.You can easily notice from Kanpur Road near about Alambagh bus stand.It is vest old service centre and authorised service centre.You can buy from cheaper to costly bajaj bike s.All parts also available here.

1-Chor Hai bhosdk ye log.2-Staff ko baat krne ki tamiz nahi Hai.3-New item lagane k baad purana return nahi krteJab bolo ki humko chaiye to bkchodi krte Hai ye log4-complain n feed back k liye form mngo to dete nahi Hai5-Spare parts in comparison to outside are too much expensive more than the market value...6- Did not did the proper service of my bike..7-Kabaddi Wale Ko spare part beeh ke paise kamate Hain...8- they doesnt make the proper bill always include the item by which they can earn money.9-Not punctual of time.

One star is too much for this service center....manger bheaviour is like illiterate person staff are not gud my bike problems still not solved and they take extra charges from me for job sheet, Gate pass...bjaj pls take care of your name..brand ......if u love your bike THEN JUST DONT GO TO THIS SERBSER CENTER

It was my first visit at this service centre. They took more time that they mentioned in job card. The behaviour of incharge was also not good. And in second visit the experience was more worse. One mechanic was servicing 2 bikes at the same time. Lol. Such an unprofessional work.

Staff behavior is worst... Specially Mr. Sanjay Kashyap. He dont even bother to reply any one. Customer is asking for early delivery, and he is roaming here and there without answering.
