They need to be more honest and transparent after sanctioning loans to their customers. At the time of giving loan they co-operate well but later they become very much costly. We have experienced this and resultantly we had to get our loan transferred to other bank.

Housing finance is closed on first and second Saturday and here it is mentioned as open. Incorrect information and misleading customer and creating inconvenience specially when there is limited branch in Lucknow.Parking also cost Rs30 without slip by security guard. So means this money goes in their pocket.Worst service

My loan was rejected after one and a half month while i was approaching other banks. i applied for a loan against my penthouse and believe me it was a great experience. i never thought after seeing a lot that my loan would be sanctioned within 3 days...Must Approach for hassle free services

Took loan from here and now trying to pay off and close my deal with them but these guys not closing my loan and keep on charging interest from me so guys dont ever go with these fake banking association because they are highly unprofessional and fake company.They have highest rate of interest in baking ritenow- most pathetic bank.

Very worst experience.I have applied for home loan at HAZRATGANJ BRANCH and they have given me surety that it will disburse within 15-20 days. Before applying for loan I have shown all my documents and later on PNBHFL says loan not possible on my name due to different different reasons. Then as per their saying, I have proceeded for Loan.Then after 3-4 months PNBHFL says home is not possible, you can take your documents & money although my loan was approved by them.

Worst bank. They make people fool. They deduct unnecessary amount at the time of disbursing a loan.

They take 8k at the name of processing fee and still my loan apporval is pending. when i call for any update they are saying next week loan amount will be transfer to your account. and now its approx a month and still my loan is pending
