Please dont buy these flats, all good flats are already sold, all resale flats are either not paid or not in possesion, very bad experience, flat is under banks fraud list therefore no loan, Abdul from crn team is also involved in these transactions, not giving complete information to customer and trying to sell flats by any means possible.

Visited as a guest. Society is good on - security, cleanliness, well-maintained corridors and lifts, safety.

Builder is playing with the lives of residents everyday there is water logging in the pits of lifts causing dammage to the lifts and its parts and has every reason to cause short circuit in the building, few photos are attached of green area for reference.Booked flat in 2013 still awaiting for basic amenities like covered parking swiming pool & club.

In the newspaper, we read about the scam done by renowned builders. Looking for the dream home is the task, where so much risk is involved. I had spent many years to find out the affordable home under my budget with good societies. Some of them were good in looks but not in facilities and other were reasonable, but not sure of the security. After reading the Paarth Developers review, I went to their office to look out affordable apartment. They were offering me a bundle of joy under my budget. Now, I am assured with their facilities and security. They not only delivered me a good home but made my dream come true.

I own a flat here in Dhruv A, went there yesterday to have an update on our flat. We were promised the flat in 2018, and 2021 it is STILL WAITING. We have little hope of getting the flat in the 3 rdquarter this year. Little because the project has already been delayed quite a many times.

Superb location and one of the most growing and upscale locations in lucknow with Phoenix pallasio mall just next door ... Just the construction quality could have been better ... Though the flats are ready to move in with all amenities ... ACs... RO, geysers ...And every other basic items...

This please has promise so many amenities however they could not deliver most of them, on top of it the workers/employee are very rude and they dont listen to concerns of residences.This place is at prime location but facility wise they lack so much. Their lift or escalator stop working time to time. Security is also a big concern however recently they employed guards so lets see how things turn up.There is water / sewers logging out side the building which create foul smell.So if you have trying to make this place your first place for leaving then check other option too.Its a good investment for future as location is in prime vicinity.

Builder doesnt completed work as agreement even after 7 years. Amenities promised like club,swimming pool, covered boundaries etc still in promised stage.After 9 month builder failed to deliver facility as per agreement . Moreover builder SALES EXIT ROAD AND GATE to 3rd party. STP PLANT,CLUBHOUSE, PARKING ETC. STILL MILES AWAY FOR OWNERS .

Booked flat in tower Dhruv A in year 2013 and was promised possession by 2016. Builder has not yet offered possession with CC/deemed CC despite of taking more than 90% payment by year 2015. Still awaiting for possession in 2021.Builder is not genuine and least bothered about meeting its commitments. They are simply playing with sentiments of genuine buyers.They have forced me to live in a rented accommodation and to pay EMI of flat as well.They are continuously making false promises on possession to buyers & regulators and making excuses of CAA, Covid-19 lockdown, etc for delay in possession whereas possession was supposed to give in year 2016.They have not even complied to Honble RERA order and now offering possession without deemed CC & Fire NOC in Dhruv A. Recently one fire incident happened in one of the Tower.Dont go by rating. Beware of such cheaters !!!

There is nothing you can bank upon. Project started in 2013 but builder has yet to complete gate and approach road. None of the promised amenities have been developed. No commitment, no time schedule no credibility. Only motive is to earn money by hook or crook. Sincere advise....please contact someone who is already residing in this project before investing else its your money ....your choice

Gonna be a landmark place in the days to come. It boasts of excellent connectivity through various main roads of UP also nearby to the airport.

Worst project.. no underground parking, no club , no swimming pool, no landscape green area, no fire NOC. Lots of major problems are facing he resident who are living there. Major time lift is not working. A FIR have been lodged on the so called renowned builder when a resident is stuck more than half hour in a lift.Total waste of money.

If you are planning to buy this project ,visit the property meet the residents living in the project ,what kind of problem they are facing what kind of experience when they climb 24 floor by foot when both lift doesnt work ,FIR lodged against builder on Lift issue .When u enter the project bad smell welcome you because STP not working ,savage water flowing on open space ,As per RERA this project should be complete by 25 Dec 2015 .Its a delay of 5 Years currently ,dont know when its going to be complete ,no club ,no underground parking ,no swimming pool .You mentioned June 2021 that you got the date for completion , have you completed the ameties ? dont misguide the customer if we talk about as per RERA still its showing the project should be complete by 2019 you already got many extension ,2015 , 2018 and 2019 . RERA was not given any offical extension of June 2021.Our only request to Paarth Infra build Pvt .Ltd , we need the facility and amenties which we paid for years ago ,we are not asking any thing extra ,we are the customers you are the seller, value your customer then only you will get the desired growth .Compete your promises and project and give us happy and healthy life .

Lost my lifetime and future savings after booking a flat in this shoddy project. Running from pillar to post for last 4 years for possession. Looking at current scenario completion of project seems 2 take eternity.My advice would be to take nething wat builder says with a pinch of salt. Or rather would advice to stay away from the project which will destroy ur mental peace and burn ur hard earned money. Gives u a textbook example of how a unprofessional builder indulges in unethical practices to mint more money without delivery.

Great location - near International cricket Stadium, Phoenix Mall(Shaan-E-Awadh) at 100 mt distance, cancer research institute , women & Childcare hospital near by. Its an outstanding project in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow. Its along Shaheed Path near International Cricket Stadium therefore well connected from Amausi Airport. There are best hospitals namely Medanta, Cancer Institute any many more. A great investment opportunity.

The skeleton of project completed 3 years back which was delayed but started finishing in end of 2018. work is completed in such a way that flats apear to be raw. Tiles losely fixed, uneven slopes on floor attract waterlogging on floor, size of commode and sinks are insufficient for an adult. Company has spent money but do not have control over its quality as no body is there to check it. You will have to refinish the whole flat for which they have kept several agents. Not fare.

Location of the project is excellent which makes it unique. It is in close proximity with International Cricket Stadium, Medanta Hospital and IT City.
