They do not know how to treat there customers and every time they will treat you like their slave. They will not pick your phone also.
They are not professional even employees dont know how to treat there customers. Even now a days government organization are doing much better work than HDFC Ltd are doing.Poor Quality, Poor Valur, Not Professional and not responsive. Worst and Pathetic service experience
They deceived me and taken money in the name of processing fee. I mailed to hdfc but there is no response , irresponsible staff. I mailed to [email protected] also but didnt get any mail nor call.
No customer care number respond. I have even tried that is mention in review response

Bank officials must tell customer the latest about changes in latest loan rates and transform accounts accordingly. But they never do it. There is no clear cut policy of Bank regarding charges for changes in Int rates. ThEY CHARGE IT RANDOMLY case to case basis. No transparency.

They take you for granted as if you they are not giving loan, they are giving BHEEK.Staff does not picks up phone.Shame on bank, very bad experience.Its private seems like government.They dont do work even.My file is lying there, I have given each and every paper.Its on verge of completion but there is no ome whom I can call and ask status.Team Lead thinks himself as he is PRESIDENT OF INDIA.He does not bothers even.You call and they keeping ignoring.Staff like him should be kicked off immediately.I am HDFC Bank preferred account holder, but honestly speaking now image of HDFC has changed in my mind.VERY BAD.
Very rude behaviour ...after closure of loan they are not ready to handover property papers . They do thing at their own convenience does not follow guidelines laid by RBI....never caught to such institution.

When was I asked about my loan documents deposited with this Bank on writing with a cheque of Rs 590/-, Loan dealing staff told me to write a letter stating that I will not transfer my loan account to another Bank.What did you mean by this?Loan dealing staff is not good in behavior, they threatened me.
