Worst service dont visit cars24 they purchase your car like garbage they make you fool by their fake advertisement

These people are fake.Basically they will show decent value in app. Then they will come and evaluate. Then they will offer you 30-40% less than market price even after evaluation of your car is excellent.And when they put same car on their portal they will ask double the price it bought for.Just because they have hassle free rc transfer doesnt mean you have to sell to them. Everything is online now.

Mr. Amit in this office never received call after and make false promises to customer. Never sell with cars24, they are promising false.

It is newly opened office near to SKD Hospital, within 1 km From main Kanpur Highway. Many other offices are in the same Complex. Parking arrangement is good. It purchases used cars. I have not gone inside it till now.

Store, experience ansd behaviour of staff is good. Need to provide complete information at one go, when I put vehicle for sale estimated rate was 20% higher than bidding. Also at last when everything was completed informed to visit car registered state for sign,whoch was a bit disappointing.

It was quite good experience. I sold my car in first visit itself.

Disappointed. I sold my car there an told the executive that I need transfer RC within 2 months as I have to submit it somewhere. The executive told me that though we mention more time on papers but it is done within 1 month. Every time I called they asked me for some document or other thing but they never call on their own to inform if they need anymore document. Its now been around 3 months and I have not received TRC yet. The executives are not even picking my calls. I would say worst service.

The evaluation of your car differs so much then online assessment also one you get there you are going to get hundreds of calls for sure
