I am totally fade up with this bank.। I checked online opening time was there 10am to 5 pm and called landline no was not working.। I reached at bank by 2pm, they did not allow me and paste one letter timing 10am to 2 pm .। I am already harrashed with pnb insurance.। No one is listening our voice.। Kindly check enclosed picture

So..so place. Branch head is good but the agent who shared the plan initially with me was misselling the product.

Please update the office timing as they dont even here customer after 2 pm.Not happy with the behavior of staff. Not good investment option, even insurance.
