Environment is quite good but only for summer, they allocated 1 small blower in a big hall instead of heater, dont join this for winter ..

The word Regal means royal and this library is as its name signifies. The best things about this library are:1) Study chambers are wide compared to other library.2) There are tubelight and not lamps which prevents your eyesight.3) The shift are of 8 hours which are more then anyother library.4) Their is rooftop which gives you beautiful view of surrounding and some fresh air.5) Staff is very friendly and at the same time rule abiding i.e. their is no VIP treatment and all are treated equally.6) Their is 5g WiFi facility.7) Proper parking facility.

Its a best place for preparation. Good staff & facilities. Proper lighting with well furnished rooms including AC and Wi-fi.

Nice and clean place to study without disurbances.properly managed in terms of everything like cleaniness,lights,water cooler etc.also staff is very cooperative.I HAve been to many places to study in lko but this place finally put an end to search for a good library where we can study with effectiveness....thanks a lot

Yes, they have installed small blower/heater in one hall which nothing for that big hall, I dont know about ground floor but at 3rd floor, they have not installed any kind of heater which necessary as the temperature decreasing day by day,So check this before coming here ... thank you
