I would like to thank the Ashiyana Student Zone team for the great experience I had while studying here for last 2 months. The environment is quite peaceful. The decorum, spacious study area, regular housekeeping and overall hygiene of the premises is indeed appreciable.

The drinking water is extremely dirty from past 65days. Not potable at all.The layer of green black white particle is seen.The environment is peaceful.******But washroom doesn’t get cleaned daily.Users count of washroom is around 800.The washroom is gets dirtier than public toilets.The exhaust in one washroom has fan blade size of 2cm.The management doesn’t take the responsibility.(proudly)There is frequent closing of library.AC IS MOSTY OFF. Or at 24 degree.The lights are dim.Fans are not getting repaired they make noise.And most crazy thing they do is turn off the fan and minimise the speed always.From past one week is library has been a constant tamasha.If you want to study.. you wouldn’t come here.And if you don’t want to believe what I said.Please JOIN THE LIBRARY.And truth will unveil in a week.The most shameful thing is the unhygienic water they provide to drink and shamelessly do nothing about it.The truth about this library is that all the bad reviews are asked to be removed by students.And good reviews are mostly fake.I came here seeing the good*fake review of the library.All the best for your future endeavors.

Pros:1. Affordable than other libraries in this area2. Table is quite spacious and chairs are kind of comfortable3. Owner was generous during lockdown, as he extended the remaining days after lockdownCons:1. Internet is a bit slow, only one connection for 50 people2. Library etiquette not followed, people whisper among each other and owner takes no action.3. Owner is a bit MISER when it comes to operating AC.If AC is your priority then, this is not a place for you. Rest is manageable

This is the best library in this area and the library owner Mr. Singh is very polite and understanding. I submitted the fees of three months and due to lockdown I completed only 8-9 days of it, for that he assured me of adjusting the remaining fees whenever I rejoin the library, its so great of Mr. Singh. The library has a peaceful environment with all the facilities a library should have. You should visit the library once.
