Having seen the place across the field from my stay, I ventured here to try out some food.The staff was courteous and informed me that their sushi was the house specialty, so I ordered the Prawn tempura maki and I was pleasantly surprised. The dish was really really good. The sushi had pickled ginger and wasabi as accompaniments and this trifecta created a delicious taste bomb that lingers in your taste buds and mind for a long time...So if you are in lucknow do visit.My second visit and I crossed a sea and had oriental fare. The hot and sour soup was nice. I say nice because next was the prawn bao... And that was phenomenal. Soft baos that are perfect vessels to carry the delicious prawns topped with Asian slaw and sriracha mayo into your mouth.This is definitely a place to look out for as the owners expand their offerings and give us more gastronomic delights.

Had the best food in Lucknow from Sassy Canteen. The baos were super tasty and soft. (Must have). Momos were steamed properly and the quantity of filling was amazing. Sassy Canteen also serves local fare (Raan, Haleem, Nihari) but we were mainly there for their sushi, kung pao chicken, momos and rices and noodles. All of the dishes we ordered were well prepared and much above expectations. I ordered butter chicken.. quantity was ok..but taste was not great and if I compare it with its price than its the worst butter chicken I ever had.I would suggest you guys to order butter chicken from other restaurants in half the price they sell...I have to waste half of the chicken..as it was not tasting as authentic butter chicken.

Too much overpriced. Quality and quantity is much less than what they charge. Water they serve is 350 rs per 660 ml and tats mandatory. Nothing as yummy or something they serve. Services and waiting time is almost 1 hr. Overall just waste of money is there.

Unexpectedly on point sushi!Had the prawn tempura maki roll 🍤 and liked it so much that we ended up ordering 3 portions. The variety of sushis available is amazing. Apart from those my top two favourites were vegetarian Khao Suey and the Pomello salad which is something you will not find anywhere else in the city! The food was fresh and will definitely make your stay at home meals more delicious. Looking forward to try other dishes.
