Bata Store located near Patrakar Puram chauraha. While going towards Railway station.Good big store and all requirements are available. Prices are good and variety for both kids and adults are sufficient.Had a good experience there since staff was quite responsive inspite of heavy rush. One of the senior person in the shop even helped my daughter in identifying the correct shoe size.

I love the brand Bata but when I visited this store I didnt find good matching for me and they dont have much more variety of shoes and sandals which was quite disappointing to me but although I love butter the quality was great but they dont have many options in the product

Usual and standard BATA showroom, nothing special. situated at just beside the Patrakarpuram Crossing, it is very approachable thats why witnesses heavy footfall. normal collection of men, women and kids formal & casual foot wears. one can get ladies handbags, gents wallets, belts, socks, shoes polish etc other products of bata and hush puppies. sience it is a small outlet so choices are limited and services are not very efficient as well. online payment facilities and card payments are accepted. not wheelchair ♿ friendly.

The brand BATA has to really watch out... the kind of recruitment they are doing! Their Gomti nagar store employees largely are always Unwelcoming. To top it, they have a Store manager who is not only incompetent but lacks both soft skills as well as communication skills. The experience was highly upsetting today & they have not only lost one customer in me today but many more because I will be unable to lie like the BATA Gomti Nagar store employees and paint a rosy picture of this place when actually it is a thorny place :( Try BATA Hazratganj instead, they have good friendly employees.
