We are getting 5 min late n come from 2 min late over the phone staff said u come n after that when we will reach there clinic he refuse to see because we are 5 min. Late and girl demanding extra money 800 rs and said its protocol we very well know prptocol but a person who taken medicine from last two month back n its your paitient den ypu resuse they onlu wrok for money no humanity is there very bad n aerogens staff. I have taken test from other pathalogy from that day they are rude .Very rude behaviour of staff specially. doctor pankaj kumar popli should be come to know about wat there staff doing with clients we have other best Neuro Dr in lucknow butvsome one suggested me si that why wr go while first visit some people are fighiting for medicine changing and staff fight rhat day also full of attitute only costly test n self medicine 👎👎👎👎👎plz dont go .

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour of lady in dispensary, dont have any manners to talk with client.. They were not refunding money when my friend was returning the medicines. He only went to return medicine she suddenly started arguing that she cant take it back but it was clearly mentioned in reciept 10 day return policy.

Although I visited the clinic for the first time but the Doctor gave a great feeling of perfection in his field. His consultation fees is reasonable and the prescribed drugs were also from the category which are easily accessible from market.
