Are you still in business or in the process of winding up! What a poor service and non professional way to resolve technical issues....no one is bothering to look into quality of service! Net is down from last six day...and you people are not aware about it....Call me to come and verify yourself, even worse is your local service person is sitting with his phone s/off and others are insisting to call him only to resolve the issue...can you look into the issue on Kanpur Road and try to resolve it at the earliest!

Pathetic ServiceIam writing this review after one year of connection the following was my experience for the whole year.Least meaningful ISP in the Sarojini Nagar area the speed is somewhat as promised but the days is will be delivered to you is a myth, Their customer service and maintainance is out of the ques thing! They are highly unprofessionals at their work and customer handling, ignorant towards complaint (calls) and never picks up a call and explain the situation. The maintainance team in never available to fix any problem in the network even after 3 working days of problem in the network. Its safe to say that even after paying your bill you will not be able to access internet for 2 days in a row, plus they cant tell you whats their billing cycle/date will be.Do not go for their Internet Service.

V v irresponsible staff and extremely poor connection.. I switched to hibird few months back in sarojininagar, kanpur road area. The speed is fine as promised but connection is missing. For the past two months, rarely has a day passed without any errors. Sometimes its its line me fault, sometimes aage se connection band hai due to some work going on sometimes its kahin taar toot gaya hai, and MOST of the times, i never know coz they simply dont pick up the phone. Neither the official complaint line, nor the technician, nor the said owner phone is received to atleast inform what the problem is and when the connection will be back, which btw returns Sometimes in hours, sometimes, IN DAYS.. n with a poor 4g airtel service in my area, ive had to suffer hell after paying for their 6 months package. The ve not been informed the official email id till yet after repeated asking for it since a week....,They respond to calls at their whims and fancies. Doesnt work for me. High promises, miserably low delivery.

It is a ISP, imerging company in Lucknow very rapidly. Good service.
