Store location was wrong its was opposite side of the road as shown in the map. Need to correct the location in the map. Good staff provide quick support for the query.

Female staff named Mrs Khushi, is good for nothing, when I complained that my broadband is not working, she dont even reply. She said that she is only for postpaid customers, and for other services, I have to talk to other person there.A male staff, named Varun was modest and helped me in my Broadband service.And this is Franchise, not airtel owned.Services are poor. Pathetic experience.

Do not confirm Airtel Fibre net from this Store. Just a suggestion. Money taken for subscription, and refusing to install for atleast 10 days. The team absolutely have no idea. Just needed to reach a target and took my order immediately after that no communication. For a company like Airtel, this particular store really sucks.. big time.

Its located at the place to drive 2 or 4 wheeler as the Service road is in Good condition from munshipulia police station. Staff is good & resove my issue asap without any problem

Airtel if you read this please take a strict action on this. This Airtel Store dont listen to PREPAID customers. If anyone wants to convert Airtel Postpaid connection to Airtel prepaid, they told me that you have to pay 3 month bill. After that you can convert it from postpaid to prepaid. But Airtel Customer care told me that customer can change Airtel postpaid to Airtel Prepaid after 30 days. When i told these thing to Airtel Store they told me that Airtel Customer care have no knowledge about these thing and refuses to convert it to prepaid.
