At first when I was going through the reviews about ZNI WIRELESS PRIVATE LIMITED I was bit worried about service but after taking the plan from Mr. Satya in sales who is excellent and professional in his work he understood my needs and accordingly suggested me a plan, after activation I got a call from there support team member for scheduling my panel training they have settled my IVR and other things up and running in 2 days this is really up to the mark in terms of customer service.....KUDOS!!! ZNI WIRELESS

3rd class Service, 3rd class support and 3rd class people. Totally unprofessional rude and arrogant. You just make an inquiry about their service and they will start calling you again and again. As soon as you buy their product its your turn to call them continuously for service activation. Hell lot of hidden charges which they dont tell you at time of selling the product. Once you buy their SUPER DISCOUNTED product / service then you get to know about the hidden charges which is very very higher in comparison to other service provider normal rates. In my case I have paid 13800 Rs on 11 Jan 2017 for Missed call service after around 18 days of chasing they have activated IVR service without telling me the basic diff. Charged me much more then what they have committed earlier. When I complained they dont even have courtesy to reply me over e-mail. More over than that they are not providing me my proper invoice which I am entitled to get. I have paid 13800 Rs and they gave me invoice for 15800 Rs with wrong date, wrong order no. and wrong product mentioned so that I can not go to consumer court.Buy their product / service only when you have a lot of patience and money to drain. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Over the four years with Ziffy I have had overall good service experience and in that time have only had a couple of issues which were sorted out very promptly. My query was handled courteously and efficiently. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable IVRs solution.

I was concerned first about the reviews I read on mouthshut. Mouthshut is a scam company and not Ziffy. Satya from Ziffy was extremely professional and really help me set up the software and phone numbers in no time. I am very satisfied with the services and support they have provided so far. One of the Worst after sales support and they even do not keep their commitment.Every time you will contact them, they will give a new excuse: reliance was down, we need more documents, we are upgrading, etc. if you are unable to provide the services properly, then why WE have to suffer.IVR has been activated on 23-2-2018, and till now we are waiting when it is going to startIt has been a lot of trouble and we are stuck with it now.

Really bad experience with them. They tell you more features in call and then when you ask them to have an email of the conversation, they dont.Also, in-spite being telephonic company, they say that sir telephonic conversation are not true, we recommend you to have conversation with us email. But they dont commit on email.After my experience I read many reviews on them being fraud company and very irresponsible in the services.Never go for it.

I purchased a tollfree number from zni a week ago the offer i get was the best in the market.I searched alot and contacted many service providers but ultimately get the best offer from zni.When i paid i was having cold feet cuz i was not sure that how they are able to provide the services at such a low price and was thinking may be their after sales services will not gonna be that good but the after sale services i get were as awesome as one can get.I am very much happy with the product as well as with after sale services and on a personal note I advice to go with ZNI if you are looking for tollfree.

Absolute scam. these guys are thiefs. hidden charges, and multiple advance deposits. they collected our security refundable advance of Rs. 50,000/- and are not refunding in spite of chasing them for 6 months. would be filing a lawsuit against them. never ever take this service.
