Not sure how the internal policy works, my project was probably assigned to someone who does not know about software development. They wasted 4months for just two modules. Developer said adding ReturnUrl to login component would take additional development time (Yes imagine how much we suffered). After 4 months when we looked at the code we were lost our words to describe how bad the coding was. Absolutely disappointed! waste of money and time. There is much to complain but I would just advise to anyone who is going to hire them, to take control of the project from the beginning, and keep an eye on the code. Dont rely on them!
