They dont wanna work. They asked me for 35 rs for airtel 4g sim when airtel clearly says that the upgrade is free. Then because I had 100rs note I had to go to other shops to get that 35 rs. After that they began with their new excuse, they wanted my id. Which I did not have that time. All this and I did not even go there for 4g sim. It was to simply unblock sms service on my 3g platinum sim (which they once marketed as 4g).I suggest that you talk to customer care on twitter. Thats the only way to reach airtel cust. care. And dont bother with these people in stores. They are far too arrogant.
