Very unprofessional and mismanaged staff. Government should immediately stop Covid vaccinations at Relief hospital. No social distancing and Covid protocols were maintained. Booked slot 09:00 to 11:00 A. M. But receptionist said that 11 baje ke baad aaiye tabhi shuru hoga vaccination. Took 3 hours and no que system was followed. Worst hospital.

Very Clean & Hygienic Hospital very Good for Patient well Trained Staff

I had twin babies and both detected with jaundice on 5th day of delivery.It made me worried but doctors at Relief hospital and trauma center were so supportive, they really put me at ease by explaining the photo therapy process that will be carried out in NICU and made me feel confident that everything will be alright. NICU Staff was well trained he used to feed our babies every 3 hrs day night for 3 days.All the staff I came across my stay in the hospital were amazing , professional yet friendly.Overall experience was good.keep up the good work Relief hospital and trauma center.
