The Hospital is very good specially for treating COVID patients. The treatment given to my brother-in-law was up to the mark under guidance of Dr. Shubham Dwivedi. They have also arranged Oxygen Cylinders during tough situation in past weeks. The other duty doctors/para medical staff are also good. The ambulance facility is also available there.

My experience with Makewell hospital was very bad. My relative who was Covid positive and had Covid pneumonia was admitted in this hospital for 1 day. Normally in a Covid hospital attendents are not allowed but in this hospital attendants had to be around all the time to help their patient with medicine, food, etc. This meant exposing the attendants also to the deadly virus and allowing the virus to spread further. ☹️ They charge similar to any other well established hospital with experienced doctors. But here they dont even tell you the name of the doctor attending your patient. Even the pharmacy bill did not have the consulting doctors name on it. My relative was there for 1 whole day for Covid treatment but no Covid medicine was administered to her. Also, the cleanliness and hygiene at the hospital was horrible. Please dont take your loved ones to this hospital specially for Covid treatment.

We lost our father due to unhygienic and ill treatment by the doctors and hospital staff who are too the core careless on the patients health. My father in law was admitted in this hospital and within a span of 3 days we lost him. He was a fit person true follower of Brahma Kumaris daily getting up by 4 Oclock in the morning. His hands was tied up on bed, no proper oxygen cylinder supply no regular nurse or doctor visit. Please dont visit this hospital for your loved ones treatment we treat doctors as God not everyone deserve this respect. Request you to do sting operation on this hospital you will get to know the truth. All the staff are busy on their mobile, relatives have to inform that saline is over change it. The 5 rating which they have received are from their very own doctorsss and staffss. Fraud people and fraud hospital.

This hospital is very bad. Theres no doctor here, the doctors spit Panmasala in ICU. They smoke in Operation Theatre. Very less patient are discharged here alive, most of them die due to negligence and unavailability of doctor.
