Due to its brand name, I came to get my hair colored here. When I asked about the color, the people here said that my color would stay for 10-15 washes. I came to get my hair colored and it disappeared here in the parlor itself. Dont come here to get your hair colored.

I regularly go here and this time visiting after 2 months to get my eyebrows and upper lips done, the lady doing my threading suggested I should get my upper lips done by waxing (she chose not to mention that they will charge me 100 bucks for Just waxing upper lips) Okay I got that done, fine I didnt enquire I should have. But the same day at night I had so much pain on the waxed area. She literally ripped my skin. Right in time for Rakhi. You overcharged me and Damaged my skin

A good place for your parlour need whether its men or women or even childrens. They have professional staff and neat and clean environment. Must visit for there services. They also provide pickup and drop services. Price is on a higher side.

Not as great as the brand name suggests . Be clear on what you want and don’t set high expectations just because this place is a brand called naturals. Make sure you ask for discount as they are running offers and you may also want to call them to take prior appointment before your visit. The staff is good but the services can be better .

Very bad. I have visited this salon multiple times as it is very near to my apartment. But every time I wished I hadnt. They lack professionalism. No trained staff and no customer satisfaction. Would never go again. Naturals, please hire some trained professionals in your salon.

After several bad experiences over the year I was nervous about getting my hair cut. I decided to give Great Hairdressing a try after a recommendation from a family member and I was not disappointed. My stylist Uzair really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision. Uzair was friendly but didn’t force the conversation as some do. All the products that were used during my visit were explained to me with reasons as to why they had been chosen, I absolutely love my new style and I’m already excited to go back.

I liked the place at first and I got my hair straightened and coloured from here only but after the staff has changed, the services and behaviour has not been good.Hopefully they turn this around.

The service provided was pathetic not at all recommendable to anyone. They do not have a expert staff. Please do not visit especially the Gomtinagar extension branch . And whenever you confront ur issue to the person they will twist and turn the whole scenario to you only. I will not visit this salon in any future. Wastage of money and time
