2 of their staff have ran away without informing us while on duty at our home. One of them had the audacity to stop the drip machine on my aged grandfather and leaving us in the dark. The staff only stay for as long as things are easy, but the moment they have to work instead of leaching off electricity at your house they will abandon you. Leaves are always uniformed, they will go away and tell you no one is available to come. Management is not transparent at all.
