Best cardio training

This gym was good.All gym equipments are available here. Good teaching and training for body builders as well as for the weight loss.

Compact space... Machines dont work... Trainers will only train guys only... No proper training or monitoring happens... The owner never visits... Trainers want to gossip they wont look how you do or what you... I injured myself doing back excercise which the trainer called Rocky forced me to do and I was telling him not to and later on he never accepted his mistake rather shouted infront of others once the owner left... Later owner never apologized or come forward to meet or solve the issue. Worst gym! Dont go there

Good place but the earlier Trainor (Shiva) was best.

So far the eperience is average in terms of value for money. Equipments are mostly out of order like treadmill and cycling machines, but strength equipments are fine. Best part here are trainers who invest time if asked.

Equipments are quite old, maintenance is not upto date. Charges are not worthwhile.

I am going to sector 8, Prateek Plaza, Indiranagar, Lucknow gym since a week. Pathetic gym with just 1 trademill!! 🤨 they have actually 3 trademills but only 1 is working since months!! The manager says he can get them repaired by the engineer only when his boss asks him to do so & his boss is busy since a year!!😱 I couldnt digest this concept!!

Its a decent place for people who want to loose their weight even when there is only 1 working treadmill
