Rtc stands for Regional Training Centre. It is situated at Kariappa Marg, cantonment area of lucknow. It has a training centre as well as good hostel for the trainee who come here for training. Mess facility is also available. Food is good and tasty. Ambience is very peaceful and less polluted.
