This place is big and has enough space to accommodate a big party group as well. The ambience is rustic as the name says and its bang on.Food is decent. Staff is very nice. The only thing they need to improve is service speed.Music is good and thank God its not unnecessarily loud like other places around.

The ambiance of the place is same as the place, Rustic. The place has dim lightings and good for quality time. We ordered white a few drinks along with tandoori chicken platter and crispy corns. The portion which was served was really good. The staff is on the toes to serve you. I liked the music as well. Had a good time. Nice place to visit.

Great place centrally located in modern Lucknow. It’s a pretty new, modern place with swanky interiors, great infrastructure, funky and modern. The place is designed tastefully and decor is suited for young hip generation. The menu is great with some signature items and starters are absolutely awesome in terms of taste, quality, presentation and quality. Main course is however pretty average and so is the service. They are not capable of handling large groups and service levels drop significantly. A good place to go atleast once for an overall experience

Tried is new bar/restaurant for lunch on a Sunday. Good drinks and big screen to watch sports. We tried chicken sizzler and white sauce pasta. Chicken was plsn grilled with not much spices. Pasta was good. Stick to popular dishes.

Rustic Haus has great ambience. Staff was very courteous and helpful, like they explained the cuisine nicely, literally walked me down towards the way to restroom, which was very sweet. The place I sat had great ventilation but, the food went cold as soon as it got served, fan blowed directly onto the table. Also, the seats made me feel uncomfortable. Those sofa kind of arrangement and table at distance from them made it difficult for me to enjoy my food without being cautious. Maybe I was bit tiny to occupy the space nicely. They have a separate menu for drinks, very helpful. Most of the items on menu start around 450/-. They serve both veg and non veg. Taste of food was alright. They garnished chilly paneer with seasme seeds and cashew along with other garnishings. And yeah, their are chairs and table kind of arrangement too, one can fit in as they like. They have seating arrangement divided in upper booth and lower booth. So, overall they have got a nice open area. At entry they have got their bar setup. Kitchen was visible from my seat. It looked clean.

We had ordered food from rustic haus. Food quality and taste was good. Neapolitan Margherita Pizza was nice though the quantity of cheese in it was less. Paneer Lababdar was very nice. Naan breads could be improved. Overall nice experience.

Rustic haus is an upscale place with Amazing interiors, decent food and prompt service. the ambience of the place is amazing. The service is also very quick and the staff is really courteous and friendly. The food is decent and the menu is quite limited but whatever i ordered was good. You can also find hukkah and drinks here. The hukkah is also really good. This place is worth visiting with a group of friends plus a good option to consider for a date.

My favourite place in Lucknow to hangout with friends. Interiors are decent. Service was good and staff was friendly too. Coming to food, their menu provides you varieties of options to order from. Hookah had Perfect smoke. Alcoholic menu was lit, way they served old monk in skull sealed everything. Wish i could get that skull someday!

The place has got very nice vibes and great music. They have a big screen for relaying live matches. The food and drinks were really good.The downsides- nachos were not cheesy enough which was duly communicated. The pricing is too high for lucknow. Many of the listed menu items were unavailable. The service was slow because of shortage of staff.

I went with my family and we all enjoyed the amazing live music( violin) and the DJ was superb too which I generally did not like at other places. Food was tremendous! This was my second visit to this place and I am going to go again!

The food was yuck !! The waiter took the amount of bill from us and later came with the money with 500 less amount saying we gave less.. !! We did not wanted to create a scene thats why we gave 500 to him... But we should be aware of waiters creating this mess !!

I dont know how this place has such a high rating. Maybe they have some fake reviews here or something else. The experience we had here was absolutely terrible. The management here doesnt know the term Hospitailty exists and they are in a restauranting business.To start, we proceeded after entering to sit on an empty table and were immediately pounced upon by the manager here who took us another place to sit, demanding we should sit at a different place.The music here is so freaking loud you cant hear what the person next to you is saying, they should remember that their place is not a pub but a restro bar.Even on repeated requests to lower the volume of speaker just above our head , was not a tad bit lowered. The manager further said that it would be ok once the live performance will start so we waited patiently for this to pass. After about an hour the live performance started and it was a nightmare compared to what came before. The singer was shrieking loud and our eardrums were about to burst.To top it all, one of the dishes we ordered was spicy to the level it literally started to burn our tongues. Seemed it was graced with bhut jolokias even though we specifically ordered low spiced version of it.To sum up, the ambience is near trash, they need to learn a lot on how to be hospitable, and it is way overpriced. I would advise you to save your evening and go elsewhere.P.S. we ended up going to Ritz that night which is nearby.

If I had to describe my experience in one word it will be - Horrible. The service was very poor. Had to call them multiple times to give order even though there were only few people. Every time a different waiter would come and cancel the offer previous one gave saying its not for today. After giving half order they changed the offer. Gave us three different bills at the end saying pay them three times. Food was horrible. Worst pizza I have ever had. They were so soggy. LIIT only had ice and coke in it. I am not going here again nor I would recommend.
