Dont give products as per ur skin quality . Ull end up in wasting money , tym and skin and hair quality .total staff is highly unprofessional . They will treat u as if they r doing some favour to u . They will keep on adding different irrelevant services so that u have to pay more money to them. They r least concerned about ur issues . Facial service is worst . The staff forgot to complete all the process of facial. Even hair Protein treatment was done in haste and irrelevant products were given to me for that I ended up in huge hair fall ...after paying a huge bill .Ill recommend not to visit there ever .

Very bad experience. After facial and using thier product my face acne problem increased.Hair fall treatment just waste of money.....and their products also very bad....I recommend dont go for it.....Dont waste ur money.

I had the worst experience with lakme👎very poor customer service,and most importantly i booked my makeup a month ago but the day when i reach there the person who was supposed to do my makeup was missing and they even didnt arrange a better replacement even they dont have proper space for bride makeupso in my opinion i wont recommend lakme to any one.

Very bad service. Half of the staff does not know their work. Not at all professional..went for smoothening from staff Armaan , he does not know how to do smoothening as he is so called senior staff. First train your staff and then run ur parlour.

The best Lakmè Ive ever been too. Highly professional staff with great knowledge. Gives you the best advice. Dont like .i took the service of bikney wax and it wasnt handeled technically.when i took this service in UAE in a normal parlour, the lady ws saying it wasnt done properly last time.Not worth.

I had a transaction issue which is yet not resolved ..I had my transaction statement which shows that the extra 500 amount has been transferred in ur account.i called thrice and has been told to wait but yet not received any information regarding that .I had visited ur salon on Oct 15 and had given amount 3065 then again I had a head massage then I paid 500 which has been transferred in ur account then again u told to do a payment as u said that u havent received the cash but it was already transferred in ur aaccount, but I again transferred 290 by my card and 210 by cash .Kindly look through my request as soon as possible else give me the number of your Area manager so that my queries can be resolved..Vertika Shukla

Naam Bade and Darshan Chhote is the saying that is made for this salon. No less expensive makeup artist would probably do the makeup artist of the salon. It is difficult to describe the makeup of my wedding (02-03-2020). Turned the face into a triangle shape, with the art of my makeup, not only did my sister also do a horrendous make-up, and even bigger thing, do not accept your mistake in complying. The makeup artist was also a completely fledgling professional. I lost all my money. My sister gave a negative review, then you have blocked it, do you guys do this ?? I take a lot of money for this ??? So, I will just say this, learn to do makeup first, then do it, do not waste anyones special day. The only thing is to say that no one should see a name and make a mistake like me and do not go here at all ..... .. Hope ull not block me nd wont delete my review, 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
