We recently got transferred from Bengaluru to Lucknow and were looking for a good school for our daughter. Our friend suggested G.D. Goenka and it was a delight to visit the school which has such world class infrastructure, amiable staff and a structure for all round development. Our daughter is extremely happy there and we are very satisfied with the school.

Good infrastructure but noticed bad languages & behaviors by old kids and some bullying in classes. Time and holiday management is unprofessional. They always change timings and declare holiday with one day or lesser notice causing lot of problems for working parents. School seems more inclined towards bollywood celebrities rather than studies. Hello dear parents.I know before enrolling your child into this school you would have searched on Google. And it would have popped up as Best cbse school of Lucknow. But believe me friends it is actually the worst. The most expensive school and not even a penny is worth of it! I have studied in this school for 5 years and regret so much today. It has actually ruined the life of many students, such a partial school and such partial teachers. This school never gives chance to the weaker ones and always demotivate them. Teachers are so less experienced and come to school as if they are coming in a big party. (After all for them appearance matters the most, and not talent..this is what even the students think there). All the spoiled brats get enrolled into this school, so you know the environment. Every month they ask for a great amount of money for some or the reasons. No opportunity for girls especially in sports. Many teachers use slang language during teaching. And half of the year teachers are not provided (as happened last year and we ruined our class 10th board result). Therefore, its a request please dont look at their fake infrastructure because that is what they take money for. Even a government school is better than this school.

It is a CBSE school in Lucknow which is from pre nursery to senior secondary i.e till 12th class.It has science ,commerce and humanities in 11 n 12 class as streams .Result has been 100 % in 10 and 12 . Its annual fee ranges from 90,000 INR to 1,30,000 INR .12 class as affiliated around 3-4 years ago .

I currently study in G.D Goenka Public School (Delhi). I have visited the Lucknow G.D Goenka branch (shaheed path) and my senses were heavenly catered to have seen such a marvelous environment with its concomitant substituents , including the friendly staff, safe;,hygienic and modern environment. I found it absolutely setting an milestone for education in terms of cooperative and international level education providing a safe and healthy ambiance for the children to nurture in.I firmly believe that this school will provide future stars to the country.

Some very good teachers already left the School. This School focus more on calling celebrities - Students keep on waiting in standing line 3 to 4 hrs. Miss Alkirta the counsellor has no manner and do not corporate parents onces admission is done.Principal do not take strict action against those student who beat there peers with shoes or belt. I well remember, almost 9 years back, when the construction of school was started, going by the reputation of GDG Delhi, I got my daughter into this school. Eventually got my son as well in this school.Eight years are long time, being a parent it has been an eventful journey. In this journey I have seen my kids grew up as responsible teen-agers. The boy has excelled in science subjects and sports, whereas the daughter has excelled in Art subjects, music, dance and communication. School does deserve credit in giving them opportunity to grow up as a human being and pursue their choice of subjects / hobbies, rather forcing them to become a robot of set pattern. Even in studies they are more logical than their peers from other schools.Just like life, there are always good moments and bad moments. In case of GDG, good moments supersede bad moments - if there are any at all.There are few teachers who have been so considerate that in PTM, even if they aint teaching our kids class, we still love to meet them and share the inputs on parenting and teaching.The chairman of the school is very passionate about his work. I have seen many educationalists in India - Majority just invest the money and dont even know whats happening in school. In this case chairman always has a tight grip on day to day affair of the school.Overall its a school that helps building up the overall personality of the students and exactly that was my aim behind sending the kids to GDG.

My child was in this school since class 6th, and it was our fault that we didn’t changed his school.. the school is awarded no.1 CBSE school award.. either the award is fake or the award is purchased.. the school ruined my child’s life! My child went into depression! And the school still have a very rude attitude, the principal only wants to make panchayat in her office! Everytime some of other parent/student was in the principal office, whenever principal gets bored she calls parents!, my child was being targeting all the time! Teachers also don’t corporate, my child was not allowed to give his class 10th exam!! My child had pericardial effusion and stone near his heart and he was unwell, so we registered him in NIOS, the school has no respect for parents at all! Ms. Alankrita is so mean and so rude! She don’t know how to talk to parents! She always says double meaning things and always tries to pull the parents down, if your student is still in this school, please save his / her future, and don’t destroy your child’s future by entering your ward in GD Goenka lucknow.

I will tell you my own experience...it is the worst school I ever studied. Teachers are not available for more than one month during boards.. students used to do their time pass during periods which was very usual. Its was about one month to our board exam and we have not completed our course. At the last moment one teacher was arranged who just used to read the chapter without any explanation. But then also we were not completed with our course. Teachers are really partial. Inspite of teaching teachers used to talk about girlfriend boyfriend tips. I still remember that the very first day of our new session sst teacher waste our few periods in just discussing how many gf bf or crush you have..Moreover, there is one teacher i will not take his name who talks double meaning things infront of students.Slang words are really common in this school either boy or girl both use really bad words. Show off is really common. At last i would just advice you that please dont destroy your wards future by putting him in this school. This school just used to do attractive things like inviting celebrities but these things will not make your childs future. Better you look for the school which provide good studies. This school was declared as no. 1 cbse school before this school starts ... ridiculous.Senior teachers are most worst. Chemistry teacher dont know how to teach.. bio teacher is most partial teacher. She teaches really bad. Dont ever think to get your child admission in this school.I hope so you will take my words seriously.Trust me i myself studied in this school but i cant do anything just to regret that i had wasted my two years studying in this school.

Most of the good and experienced teachers have left the school because of the principal Ms. Raveena pandey .The chemistry teacher is the worst , he dont know how to teach. He doesnt even know how to speak English. The worst part of the school is the hostel. The warden dont have manner of how to deal with parents , same goes with the matron. Last year in class 10th (2017-18 batch) our sat teacher left the school , The school administration didnt even provide a new teacher for 3months due which our results got disturbed . In 2016-17 batch class 9th .. they failed some students just because the principal had personal grudges with them ..But some teacher are good like Mr. Farooqui and Mr. Daud . And I salute them for being there ..At last I would say . I know my English in the above paragraph was very poor .. this is just because I m still studying in this school ..I would suggest the parent to not to get their ward admit here . So that atleast their ward have a bright future ahead...

Worst school, with the worst environment and teachers are really partial with the students. My daughter is right now in class 10th with nandini goel (chairmans daughter). Each and every teacher takes her side either its in academic or any disciplinary issue. No one from my daughters batch likes this girl just because of her bossy attitude. Moreover, i have call recorder on my phone, and once in class 9th my daughter was talking to nandini goel, nandini was abusing her own parents and was insulting them to my daughter, on the same day i asked my ward to stay away from this girl, and she did so. But nandini noticed her attitude of ignoring her and started making her a culprit in every matter and the same she is doing now which is ruining my wards future.A few girls wrote false words on the washoom walls for nandini goel. Nandini saw them and went to the principal saying that was done by my daughter. So, on the same day, when all the students were in the auditorium, my daughters bag had been checked and a few notebooks were taken to the principal to match the handwriting. As, gd goenka has a lot of personal grudges with my daughter, they called her and forced her to accept that she was the part of the graphiti. They didnt even inform us and tortured her, forced her to write an application mentioning all her fake faults. They left her after an hour after the school dispersal. My daughter came home crying telling each and every thing happened in the school to her father and me. We got really dissappointed by this attitude of the teachers specially Miss Sushma Soni and the discipline in charge. I would like to elaborate about the discipline in charge, she is an old aged woman, who had put a lot of allegations on my daughter, she doesnt have any sense how to talk to the parents, she laughs in a very rediculous manner at the student when she doesnt get any sentence to speak against them, the worst lady I have ever seen!So the next day when we went to the school, they talked to us in a very irrelevant manner, they insulted us and on their own, decided to suspend my daughter and they asked us to leave in an insulting way.This year was her 10th and they suspended her in the mid session. No school allows admission in class 10th. Had it been any other class, we would have admitted her in a far better school than this.I would just like to say to this so called no.1 school that, KINDLY CHANGE THE ATTITUTE OF YOUR STAFF AND THE DAUGHTER OF THE CHAIRMAN, ELSE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR WHATEVER DESTRUCTION YOU DO FOR THE STUDENTS FUTURE.

PLEASE DO GIVE TIME AND READ ITS MY REALITY :-If you want to make your child attempt suicide, this is the best School for you in the town.I bought my first Harley Davidson motorcycle and my class teacher always taunted me for that bike she used to say mere paas Itna Kala Paisa nahi hai tumhari tarah ki main 14 Lakh ki bike khareedun and always manipulated me and insulted my family, made them corrupted in front of full class. I thought principal could help me in this but she gave me punishment for purchasing the bike at a young age and putting the photos of the bike at Instagram. My class teachers name was MS Smriti Gupta and principals name was Miss Raveena Pandey. I got suspended from the school for 6 days for putting my bikes photo on social media.All the teachers and staff of GD Goenka Public School who knew me had proper faith that Ill probably fail, I almost scored 7.6 CGPA and their faces were open wide. They wanted to throw me out of the school but I was good in Academics by that time, then after I studied for like 3 months in class 10th and they suddenly made an fake issue about me spanking a 12 year old girl. I was 17 by that time and they didnt had any proof of it or they were not showing the girl also actually there was not any girl! Tortured me to take TC from the school otherwise they will launch an FIR against me for doing this. I was depressed in my own eyes, had thoughts of doing suicide but my parents are like Gods blessing to me.They helped me to cope up with this situation and stand again.Anyhow my 1 year was destroyed and wasted.My friend who was not fail and had successfully passed the examination and he was promoted to class 10th. The school told his parents that he has failed and needs to give Re exam, gave the Re exam twice but they said he was fail again and the cannot promote him. But they didnt show the marksheet even neither the papers, they said its not allowed in the school to see the papers what the child has done in exam. This was all the master plan of the principal and few staff of the school. He was not fail, he was registered as a student in class 10th C. His attendance was taken everyday, he was a part of it but when he knew that he was passed, the time was almost over and his year was also wasted because of this school.

Worst experience. Kindly dont enroll your kids here. No compassion for kids, no ethics, just personal profit. The faculty atleast needs to learn how to satisfy parents and speak politely.
