Overall experience is okay, they need to improve on services, very slow, housekeeping bis not upto the mark. Many rooms have small small issues, like door closure not working, doors are there tight, room furnitures are damaged. Considering the property at what location they have, there is certainly lot of things to improve in services and room maintenance. They can learn from medium range hotel chains like ITC-welcome-fortune etc.

I think this is best place to stay in Hazratganj Lucknow,They have really neet and clean rooms and serve one of the best kind of breakfast buffet in the town.But Staff members are not very supportive specially receptionist (only reason down one star) .

This not a newly renovated hotel, it is under renovation hotel. If you happy to hear drilling and hammering noises all day... this is the best hotel to choose. Not sure how this hotel considered as 4-Star. My first experience as I entered the my room, one of the hotel staff happily watching TV lying on the bed. This how they welcome Guests I believe. I am have given 2 star as food is good.

It was really gud but I with they had a little more variety of breakfast.

I give 2 stars only for the interior, everything else is non-satisfactory when compared to the price.When I attended an engagement ceremony there we faced following issues:Washroom taps came off while bathing, food would finish during buffet, no sanitization, even the worst of hotels provide water to the guest for free, they charge for water also, door locks are problematic, wont open even after several attempts. Theres no wash basin in the dining area. Lifts were getting stuck. AC wasnt cooling at all in any of the rooms, halls or dining area. There was no bathroom essential soaps provided in the rooms.

Hotel is situated in main hazratganj market place. Although with Limited parking space. Overall good Ambience but still can do better job with room service.

My experience of staying here was horrible here. They were doing some construction on top floor(3rd), my room was on 2nd. Since, I was on night shift (covid duty), I had to rest and sleep in day time. Buy it was impossible to sleep as they were drilling right on floor abov meI used to call to reception daily to stop it. However my requests were often seldom heard, if at all they stopped. It was only for few hours. I asked them to change my room several of times, but they didnt. I had to leave the room and stay at my hostel in instead. Terrible service. Rude staff.

Could have been better for the price the place is charging.Nevertheless its an okayish place but one can search for other options as well.

I was there as a part of my quarantine schedule..dint liked the service at all. Bathroom had leaky flush which when called after multiple times no one repaired, mosquitoes were killing me everytime! I asked for repellent but that was also not there! I tried to boil water in the kettle but it was so dirty that I didnt do it 🤷‍♀..my rooms key always gets locked on it own everyday.. Lastly the lunch and dinner food was tasteless.. Still Im giving them a 3 /5 cause breakfast was okay tolerable! They r getting paid by govt so at least have some gratitude and decency to clean the room once twice thrice in a span of 14 days!These r basics and if that much a hotel cant provide than better avoid being a service provider!

The location is perfect right behind moti Mahal restaurant. The service and ambiance was good. Modern rooms and facilities. Breakfast was average.

Overall amazing experience,everything is well taken care of during covid times.Food was served with hygiene and all safety measures were followed.Staffs are well behaved and extremely polite.A big thumbs up from my side.

Located in the heart of hazrat ganj, the glamorous marketplace of lucknow this hotel is really a great place to stay. in fact it is hidden behind the main road of hazrat ganj but i was fortunate enough to come to know about it and stayed here for three days. from food to service to decor & ambience everything was great. most convenient was just walking a few metres and getting into the thick of hazrat ganj. really enjoyed my stay. even my local contacts found it very convenient to visit me at this hotel. i stayed there on an assignment as a journalist of hinduism today, usa. was very convenient to visit the various government offices which i had to visit in connection with my coverage of prayag kumbh mela.

Except for Mudit , Alam and efficient valet and Bell boys everything needs a revisit in terms of service.

The Only Good Thing about this Hotel is its Location Rest All is a BIG BIG Disappointment. Rooms are not made sound proof so even if there is noise in side room you cant sleep. On top of it there are Guests Who Will Make All Sorts of the Noise in the Night & You Just Cant Sleep at All & Hotel Staff is a Mute Spectator. There is Renovation Going On Till About 11 in the night & Dust Everywhere. In a city which is famous for its food this one here is complete disappointment. Bad Bad Food Quality & Slack Service. Not At All Good Value for Money. Many Other Options are available to go for Spare this One for Sure.

They charged 4000rs for 12 hours stay buffet breakfast was containing few things only and there was work going on in hotel sound of which disturbed us a lot.i wont recomend ,the better choice is marriot they charged 3500 rs for 3 persons along with 5 star breakfast.

First of all I would say the food is class apart. I would highly recommend you to have chicken korma, Varkey Paratha, Gosht Biryani and Gucchi Kebabs with the green chutney. I am telling you the kebabs were so awesome that it will literally melt in your mouth. You can never experience this anywhere. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

Hotel levana is the best hotel that I have seen . Hotel levana is situated in the heart of Lucknow (Hazratganj) . Staying here you can stay outside late at night in Hazratganj market. The breakfast is free and buffet. The breakfast buffet is amazing 👌.only the ala carte menu is expensive. Otherwise all is good . The rooms are very neat and clean and spacy. Overall my stay with hotel levana was awesome. Should try if you wish to stay in Hazratganj

Good but compo is too high rate

Had a long 3 days sales meeting at this place after a long long time. Things were quite same as before. The same warmth of staff. Room which my colleagues had booked was good but not outstanding. Food quality was definitely not what it was the last time I was here and in rush hour there was quite often the shortage of variety of food served and replacements were short if tastes as well as flavour. But still good.

Very tough to reach, situated in very narrow passage and very high traffic. One ca miss flight if not taken prior sufficient time.Parking is another biggest problem there is hardly any space for parking but they are about to create underground parking. Rest all well. Rooms are good hygiene and all amenities are provided by the hotel.

The hotel is located in most happening area of lLucknow city. The entry is little difficult to notice but by putting board on main road . The food served is tasty and good But not extraordinary. The rooms are nice and with all basic amenities. The conference hall is well lit. There was issue with the sound system but rectified next day. Housekeeping is doing wonderful job.

Good place

All hotel pictures are fake. The hotel is under construction. However, they happily accepted and confirmed our booking. When we reached the place there was no space even to park a taxi vehicle. It smelled like just painted, marble floors were being polished right in front of us. All the place was covered by dust. Just stay away.

Nice place, humble staff

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Levana hotel Lucknow! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. And The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. And food was excellent. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Great place to stay. Centrally located. Next to famous snack eateries and 1km away from mall. Neat clean with a great Bfast and big bed and good bathrooms. No complaints. Staff very good too.

Great ambience, below average food.

The worst hotel i have ever come across. An absolute and total faulty towers. Lets start with the charges, we made a booking and forgot to add the details of the second person. They charged us 1180/- for an extra bed, which they never gave. The room was the worst hotel room I have ever seen. Cheaper hotels have better room in terms hygiene. The bed sheets were wet, the room had no window, the ac did not work and the humidity in the room was close to 95% which is harmful for human habitation. The shower had no hot water and room was dingy, musty, stinky and a hot bed all kinds of diseases. I fell terribly sick after sleeping under moist and wet bed covers. My review is bad because of the utter unhygienic conditions in the room.

Good hotel. Good location friendly and courteous staff. Food is great. Bar ambience could have been better. Rooms are clean with adequate supply of toiletries. Linen clean and changed daily. The tariffs are not that high considering the amenities provided.

Great hotel at this price, rooms are well furnished and receiption is amazing. Everything is neat and clean, imo its the best hotel in Lucknow. One thing I loved is that there are 3-4 WiFi Routers of Cisco in each floor, generally there is one router for one floor but thats amazing to have several WiFi Routers in eac h floor. I did a speedtest also but the speed was very low (less than 1Mbps), I mean seriously this is 2018?!?! What the heck is that ISP. Overall the hotel is great and sexy ;p :v
