Decent rates. Spectacular location, right in the midst of Hazratganj. Rooms were spacious, clean and the AC worked great. Bathrooms were spotless and were cleaned regularly during our stay. Staff are very helpful and are available at all hours. Their in-house restaurant is also wonderful. I had a pleasant stay here.

Property of UP Govt Tourism. Situated on Sapru Marg, very close to Hazratganj metro station. Helpful reception desk. Well behaved and friendly staff. Old fashioned building, but very spacious rooms. 24/7 running hot water available. Complementary buffet breakfast is with great variety and tasty. Staffs clean rooms daily. UP Tourism office also present there.

Great place to be at. Great rooms, courteous staff and yummy food. It has all the positivities of a govt owned property, still has the quality of service and comfort exceeding the best at their price level. Add to it the location next to Hazratganj and proximity to the historical and cultural landmarks of the city and you have here the best of all. They also have a well stocked bar.

Very large hotel. Location was excellent but hotel is not maintained well. No balcony in rooms. Toilets are not clean either. Food is also not so good. Room service was also bad.

A hotel run by U.P. govt. Average place to stay. Good for small to average parties. Plus point with it is the location in the heart of Lucknow city.

Poor ambience...

The hotel is managed by Uttar Pradesh tourist department or something like that, rooms are great considering it is a state run hotel, staff is equally well mannered and assist you in making your stay pleasent and memorable .The cons they charge you more than MRP and even they give you bill for that also.Overall the hotel is nicely located in hazratganj offer average breakfast and charge you same every time so kudos to that.Great work team gomti

The room is huge and reasonably priced. Particularly not sure why they dont provide AC remotes in the room. Other than that its good.

Excellent room service . Staff were courteous and responsive . Were treated like senior family membersFood quality was good particularly the breakfast . Attempts be made to get rid of cockroaches in the room . Charging GST on water bottle was a surprise .

Previous 2 year before I stayed here condition was very bad not clean not good food not good service but I stayed few days before this time all services was good and clean so I was satisfied for this type of service. Now this hotel is good for stay 👌👍
