Being one of the renowned hospitals I can guarantee the doctors here are very much helpful but the problem is with the staffs the genuinely act like they are the owners of the hospital & especially police officers who are around this hospital.I can share 1 incident where I came to hospitalized my uncle who was in a bad shape & couldnt have survived if the doctors havent acted immediately.I went to get the case paper as the mandatory document required where the staff was ready to provide me the change amount later but this one constable was arguing like you need to keep this is hospital & all.Incase of an emergency who can think of anything like keeping I immediately made the constable quiet asking if he was having change then provide it to the staff member.Seriously the only pathetic things here are staffs & sometimes some police officers who dont have enough sense to talk to people who are facing some drastic issues.Improve this & the hospital might be good again someday, doctors on the other hand are generous they do their work effectively & are understandable.

Par Shatabdi hospital me free of cost . I was totally surprised because service is Good , very helpful behaviour of doctors. Finally I got a baby son with normal delivery. Thanks to Shatabdi hospital 😊

Sorry to say but the service is absolutely disappointing.my elder brother was admitted in ICU.we were not allowed to sit inside .In the presence of the staff ,he removed the pipe from his mouth in the morning 4 am .but there was no doctor available till 9 am .When the doctor arrived ee asked the docyor to put the pipe again.but he was not confident about the his own treatment and he left it as it isMy brothers condition became worst.untill we ourselves shifted him to Nair.on our risk.Thanks to the staff of Nair .his condition is far better now..

Very bad serviceI am here since 4.30 for sonography its been 6 still the Dr hasnt arrivedTotally disappointing and lack of punctuality.The nurse is sitting and playing mobile games. And the patient is in pain.

Covid vaccine slots are visible in cowin app for BDBA and registrations are successful. But hospital authorities are sending senior citizens back who have come for the second dose saying vaccine not available. How ever could see few people getting the first dose.

Good experience of Doctors sisters and all staffs are very helpful. I was feeling that I am in private hospital. There was so cleanness. Such a good experience and believe that Doctors should be 2nd lord of our life.. Free madicines are available. I saw peoples came in bad position and with in 2 days they are going well. Whole night Only patients are sleeped all sisters and doctors are available 24*7.

I simply recommend you if you have any issue related to brain just dont go there. There is no neurologist or neurosurgeon in hospital, some beds are not good specially if you have issue related to brain. Pillows are not easily available . Drs wont coordinate with neuro patient. I gave 500 Rs to the Person to Give my Birth Time as I am 1991 born so that time .. Time was not mentioned in the certificate so... Mean while my friend gave 1000 Rs for his birth Details... Dont even think about admitting here my aunt 2 months back had a minor heart attach they didnt have ICU bed.We end up loosing her for ever...The most careless staff . You might get better staff with humanity in an animal hospital but here these people are just careless.How in the world dose a big public health care have only 11 beds in ICU and 10s patients waiting to get into that.I probably think we deserve this kind of treatment coz we dont care about healthcare as main issue.

Very bad hospital. I lost my mother here. She was admitted for 18 days, but didnt gave any treat, not even a saline bottle or a injection for her pain. I never saw them checking her BP or doing blood test, nothing. Very rude staff. No doctors are available for emergency. My mother was admitted for fractured back bone and she did of heart attack, they didnt even did any ECG for her. If u value ur near and dear ones pls dont go there. I wish i could have done something for my mother.

This hospital is one of the most frequented hospital by the patients of Western suburbs right from goregaon to dahanu - palghar! It has facilities like that of CT scan which is available 24*7 and MRI facilities in the morning hours! It has facilities for the blood tests which are commonly done and also the specialties include medicine, general surgery, obstretics and gynecology , paediatrics, skin! It also has TB dept where akt ( medicines for TB) are given free of cost. Also the ART centre where medicines for AIDS are given. Also it has got casualty which is avaialble 24*7 for emergency and accident patients! It has also got the blood bank!

Worst hospital for critical case,dont shift your lovely family member incase of emergency condition,no dout service rate is very chip but no guarantee for your family return from hospital in well condition.my 25 years nephew was admitted in this hospital because of manengual tb he was not able to speaking and other physical movement properly. couldnot walk but after admitted a week time in ICU not only any improvement in health but also his health conditions goes down day by day.at the end we lost our dearest family member. ,medical practisner as well as security staff are very rude not take care of fillings of family member as well as patient,for changing diaper sweeper not cleanes patient, this work must be done by him,but that work done by family members,doctor not knows whose responsibility this, request to all dont shift your patient in critical like in ICU condition.in last week of April 3 nos.Patients died in ICU because of improper treatment.

Hi myself som from malad east, first time i went with my wife. There are systematically process for every department. We many time visited in the hospital for check-up (Maternity purpose). My wife feel like private hospital. and during the baby delivery the doctors and staff was co-operative with us. there are time to time schedule for meet to patient. I really really happy with this shatabdi hospital with there service. They provides good services also medicines in the hospital.many people was saying what the service of this hospital but as my experience , the service is good. Today I visit( 8:am) in satabadi hospital regarding my sister not filling well.doctor written do sono graphy ward no 38,(very urgent) after we go there and we said pls do sono graphy bicouse my sister crying. Doctor told me come after 3:00pm. We can’t do sono graphy before the time. It’s my vary bad experience in this hospital.if u have possible pls take action on that incidence....
