Not happy with the service , delivery or the flowers. Very poor quality and not a trustworthy service!First they took the order and took the money. They sent me an email that the flowers have been delivered and then a little later sent another message that the order as been canceled because the payment was not done.Called the customer care and they said the payment did not go through, sent another link to pay. I refused to pay as I got a message from my bank that the money has been deducted.They said they will get back to me and message that the flowers have been delivered but they did not so finally I had to call where I delivered the flowers if they received it and they had and here they wanted me to pay again , waste my time and also make the embarrassing call if the flowers have been delivered.More over the flower quality they sent are nothing like the image, rather they delivered very dull, dying and stale flowers.I recommend not use the service and go for a other trustworthy delivery services.

I got fresh and beautiful flowers. I handpicked 10 roses myself and they helped me with the bouquet as I requested. Very polite and friendly staffs. They prepared the bouquet within 15 min. Best part was owner himself followed up with me next day to check if the recipient liked the flowers or not. Great deal of customer service. Fully satisfied. Highly recommended😊

Here is my maya story for the flowers that I ordered for my anniversary. The company should be able to track my order using my e.mail id. I booked the flowers using mayaflowers.com and they were to be delivered in Chennai on THE DATE. The executive who called me was exceptionally confident of the delivery and so i made the booking. I kept waiting for the flower delivery and nothing seemed to happen on the tracking order. After enquiry they said that the flowers couldnt be delivered for reasons beyond their control.I have no idea what that means. I was able to save the day by ordering from another flower agency.Now that is just the beginning of the troubles. As would happen with other companies the money should be reimbursed into my account once the delivery was not done. I called the executive and she said that I should request for the money reimbursement. So I did! the reply said that kindly wait for few days.I waited for 10 days and finally they sent me a voucher code to be reused instead of paying me back.Its already been 2 weeks and finally I received a mail from the executive that reimbursement of money is not in their terms and conditions! what an apt reply! Incidentally a few days back I was talking about the incident to one of my friends and he had faced a similar situation.
