Ms. Manpreet doesnt cooperate with the customers at the time of claim. Hdfc life has not given me a penny of my due claim insurance.

Worst services. Sent my funds redemption to wrong account even after re-KYC and cross verifying bank details. Now I again have to go through the process to retrace the fund and claim again.

Never buy any policy from HDFC. You will never get your money back.

Good place for working ,not much pressure as compare to private banks

They are active only at the time of premium collection. Unhelful and unsympathetic to customers. Redemption of policy is a hassle.

Hdfc life service is very bad, these people sell the policy online, but there is no such toll free number on which all the numbers can be talked and work only on balance and in todays time when people pack in mobile This is not possible
