Good doctor but not punctual. Bad service nobody listen and care of patient only fond of money

Worst experience. Staff is highly unprofessional and gave wrong eye readings. Doctors treat like you are fool. One of the doctors just yelled at my mother. Seriously doctors show some professionalism. Also, no covid norms are followed.

Chandra eye care hospital is the best eye hospital in UP and you can get cataract eye treatment in UP here. Stuffs in hospitals are so neat and clean.

Date of visit is 17.02.2021One doctor of this hospital started shouting with patient and his attendant in pretext of wearing the mask inappropriately. They even not retuned the money nor given any diagnosis paper. Their administrative officer was called and complaint was submitted but he refused to give acknowledgment. I think all will be vanished and no action will be done to that doctor.
