Worst to live more than one day.. No facilities available in room.. Bathrooms are also worst..

Resova! Our favorite place for all birthdays, get together, parties and events.

Resova is a nice banquet with lawn and open space for dining...talking about the banquet it can easily accommodate 75-100 people easily,the stage setup is also commendable along with selfie point n decoration...now talking about d dining area is also ample that can accommodate around 150-200 people at a time...the food they served was good I mean not average but good...they also have a lawn which is at d end of d land they say they use it for marriage themes n it’s also made in an ample space overall I would give it 4-4.5 rating...it can definitely host small to medium parties of 200-250 people(I have guessed it roughly) still one needs to go out n check before making decision.

A great banquet hall and lawn suitable for family functions and gathering. The food is really great, and the owner and the staff are polite and helpful.

The owner is a thief as we had booked for 18th May but due to covid it could not take place and afterwards when we asked to reschedule as per our convenient date the owner gave dates as per his convenience and later on we had to move to some other venue.No money was returned to us and hence please save your hard earned money from booking this place.

I wish there is an option for giving zero stars. The owner and management is open to make any promise before the payment is done. Once they get the money they dont even care what they promised upon. My family organised a marriage here, the food was not worth even ₹100 per plate which they charged for ₹700. They promised to give tea 3 times at night during the ceremony but they did. I had to argue with the night manager, to which he replies all of my staff is sleeping and cannot serve tea. They took money for morning breakfast to serve at 7 am. I had to wake up their staff at 7.30 then they started cooking. The owner Mr. Anand is all happy and promising at first and then after getting the money he just asks us to please co-operate at every step but he makes a mess at every step of the arrangement. Please do not consider booking this place.

No one stays in this hotel because its staff talk to the street and cheat in the name of convenience.I booked the room from Oyo and when he went to stay, I was not even allowed to stay. The owner of the hotel was also alley from me and he drove me away.

If you paid online to book a room then you have to negotiate with the owner of hotel regarding rate which is too much frustrating. The food is too costly like a five star hotel but food was tasty. Lots of mosquitoes inside the room.

The worst ambience even seen in my whole life, there was not a single person who talked in a mannered way. Even the panwalas have a 10 times greater ambience than them. I would never recommend anyone to go at that place . They should be ashamed of themselves

Best place to waste your money. Horrible staff and service. Had brothers marriage on 16th Feb. Rooms needed to ba vacant so we asked for help as we had 1 one mnth baby and 2 four month babies. Manager so rudely replied no helper in front of his staff and before that he miss behaved with one of our family member.Also there was no drinking water after ceremony was over.So if you want to disrespect your guest and wanted to get insulted then surely book this venue....

Pls dont book this hotel... This hotel runs by goons... I tell u my experience... I booked this hotel for 2 days via oyo for 18 Oct to 20 Oct... When I reached hotel for check in... The manager denied saying that they are no rooms available... Than he says we have rooms but are not available on the price u have paidAfter a heated argument he alloted me a room but that room was very dirty and uncomfortable than I requested him to allot me another room than he said it will cost me extra.. I reluctantly agrees as i didnt want to take unnecessary stress.... I paid another 1500 rs for room. Now on 20 Oct in morning I received a message from oyo regarding feedback.. I gave 2.5 stars.. And when I went to reception for checkout.. The receptionist asked me to give 5 stars.. I said I have already given the ratings than he checks and told the manager about my rating... The manager shouted at me and started abusing me... Chu@@@ samjha h kya... Tu zinda lot k nahi jayega.. Teri ratings ki vajah se mera nuksaan hua h ab tu 2000 rs dega tabhi jayega... He asked the gatekeeper to close the gates.. Than after I warn him to call police if he did nt let me go... After that he opened the gates... But this is pathetic.. I request you not to go in that hotel... I also urged oyo to de list that hotel from their site

Fraud... The manager who is bald (takla) is very mannerless person.. We were waiting at reception and he was talking over phone with someone.... And was using abusive language... And did nt realise that some ladies are sitting in front of him... They also made us to wait for 2 hours for check in...

There is no option for negetive ratings.... Room is OK but the staff is very rude with online customers... They dont have much food varivariety and also they restrain us from outside food.. Pls avoid this hotel

Quite far from main land. Food very neutral. Lawn is good but inside hall is a bit crampy. Noticable from Sitapur highway, hence can be used as landmark. Mostly operated by OYO, rooms are very average as hygiene factor was not optimal.

Unprofessional management, facilities are average. While booking manager will give all the promises and agree to provide all facilities just to get the money first and at the end you have to struggle with every facilities and management with false promises.

Bad behaviour fake and high rats increase rates in comperions to online booking, not related to oyo but it use oyo name for further instruction.

Not recommended, just because Oyo does not provide clear image of the hotel. Rooms were small and did not stand according to the image shown. Steel plywood bed was there with a thin mattress.
